John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Above:
the 3 qualifications (pre-requisites) for being a true sheep, and given eternal life.

Kinda reminds me of ...
John 17:3
"And this is eternal life, that they may know You (Father God),
the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent."

Father God was the only true God compared to all of the other so-called gods.
Technically, Jesus was not God ... not in the same league as Father God
because He was part human ... Jesus was the God-man.
That's why jesus said His Father was greater than He was!

There is a warning in Proverbs 7 against going to bed with an adulteress. Such a path could lead to Sheol - to death.

Fornication is not a path of righteousness.

Ok so what do you think a person has to do to be saved?

I don't know what your long list proves except that unbelievers who persist in their unbelief will be lost and that believers who remain faithful will be welcomed into eternal bliss.

Okay, Daniel, it's not that difficult to explain ...

True saving belief-faith =
enduring belief-faith (until death)
enduring love for Jesus resulting in obedience
enduring practicing of righteousness
no habitual sinning, i.e. repenting of sins
being sanctified unto holiness
overcoming sin, the world, the devil (like Jesus did, Rev 3:21)

Many NT verses teach us the above!
But, it's having the correct and acceptable heart attitude before the Lord
that is most important (not absolute perfection).

It's really NOT a very long list compared to all of the many warnings in the NT.

Do you think all of these NT warnings are for unbelievers sitting in the churches,
or for the BACs in the churches ... to help them stay on the narrow path?

Not difficult to explain but I would say impossible to substantiate. The Bible says something very different on how to be saved:

Peter said this
''And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.''

Paul said this
''And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.''

And Jesus says we have eternal life:
''For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.''

I don't see your list of duties anywhere. Were Jesus Paul and Peter wrong?

To reconcile your easy-believism verses with verses against OSAS/eternal security ...
one needs to understand what the simple NT word "believe" really means!
One word cannot possibly contain all of the ingredients involved in true saving faith
as revealed in the whole of the NT.

Perhaps this will help ...
The John 3:16 type of verses are God's net to catch the little fishes!
Later, the Holy Spirit will reveal the Truth about things in more depth.
That's where you're at ... searching out the Truth in more depth.
Good Luck ... and God Bless!

Well I can't disagree with you as I've never boasted at my salvation. Rather Christ fills me with love and peace that causes me to feel secure. It's not something I say, but rather God says it. And sometimes it leaves and sometimes it comes back. Sometimes I feel like I'm saved and sometimes not.

That's great.
I would warn you though of the many NT warnings about committing habitual sin!
That is continual sinning without repentance.
How can any BAC feel eternally secure, if he/she is involved in this?

But, a BAC who has the correct and acceptable heart attitude before the Lord
-- is NOT likely to be involved in habitual sin.
-- is likely to LOVE Jesus enough to want to OBEY Him.

And, our belief-faith in Jesus MUST ENDURE until the end of our lives!

First you have to understand what is an unconditional covenant. God has made unconditional covenant with mankind where God will be the one responsible for fulfilling all the conditions.

The most famous one he made was with Abraham in Genesis 15

Notice Genesis 15:17, where 2 symbols representing God passed thru the bloody animals, smoke and fire. Think of it as God the Father cutting the covenant with God the Son. Abraham was fast asleep then so he was not involved in the actual cutting of the covenant, he only prepared all the animals.

That is the same unconditional covenant that happened at the cross when Jesus died, it was a covenant between God the Father and God the Son. Once we believe in that covenant, we are eternally secured. Nothing we ever do will cause us to lose our salvation because we will have no further part in it.

What a miserable life people must live to not believe in OSAS. You never could be absolutely sure that you would do something that would cause you to wind up in hell after all. I am glad the Scriptures are clear enough to tell us Christians we have (present tense) eternal (it doesn't change, cannot be lost) life. Romans 6:23; 1 John 5:13; Hebrews 13:5.

These references have to do with those who refuse the gospel of Christ.
Are you aware that Paul wrote in Galatians that those who mix faith with works bring the curse of God upon themselves? How does your insistence on people being required to be obedient to Biblical commands in order to either be saved or maintain their salvation have consistency with Paul clearly writing that the true gospel involves faith in Christ alone, apart from anything we can do in the way of works, including good deeds, or obedience to the rules in the rulebook?

Are you going to start reading the entire passage I posted?

Who gives Jesus the sheep?
