The Boy Scout motto.
I thought the boy scouts motto had something to do with brownies lol. That's as far as I'm going with that.

The Boy Scout motto.
Selectively to prosecute those who swore to uphold the US Constitution and who took part in the insurrection they took part in by storming the US Capitol Building.I didn't know it. This could be dangerous for a lot of people. You know they will use it selectively.
I bet a lot of people didn't see this coming. You would think after serving that would be the end of being government property.
If I was in an alternate universe whereby God allowed men of God to run for presidency and I became president in that universe: I would do everything in my power to pass a law so as to make it impossible for protesters to be able to protest within several blocks of a government building where lawmakers make decisions for our country based on the recent incident that took place (So as to protect the lives of law makers and to protect government property). If a protester broke the line blocks away, the government law makers would be evacuated immediately by secret service to a safehouse location. Regular citizens should not even be allowed to see the building at all unless they have security clearance (which would be really hard to obtain), and they would have to have written permission in order to go there with a valid reason.
So you'd want to be the Premier of the Central Committee of the Supreme Soviet???

Maybe they should spend more time with the people and listen. It's the separation that makes people not like them.
God chosen a separated nation (i.e. Israel). God calls us to be holy and separate. Yes, it is good to listen, but I don't think the folks who illegally entered the Capitol were concerned with listening, but they were concerned with their own agenda in taking over the government to suit their ends. They trampled on a woman, and injured a police officer and made claims in wanting to hang Pence, and they brought in zip ties (suggesting a possible kidnapping) etc.; When an angry mob wants to destroy government property and hurt human lives, I think listening is the farthest thing they want to do. They are domestic terrorists, and they should be dealt with as such. Did God approve of treason in His own nation? Surely not. I am not Democrat and I do not even like many of their policies. I think their policies are abhorrent. But that does not excuse this mob's sins of violence, vandelism, and theft. It's just downright treason and it's wrong in what they did. To not see this is to be blind to the evils that they did.
I saw people who were worried about how many likes they got on social media for their posts. I saw people in the crowd trying to stop people from breaking windows. At the beginning of the year I also blamed a whole movement for the actions of the few. I understand. I do.

Trump said this:
“Republicans are constantly fighting like a boxer with his hands tied behind his back. It’s like a boxer. And we want to be so nice. We want to be so respectful of everybody, including bad people. And we’re going to have to fight much harder. …
“We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women, and we’re probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them, because you’ll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength, and you have to be strong.”
This can be taken the wrong way by the angry people he was speaking to. So many of them took Trump's words as a means to fight by walking down to the Capitol and show strength by entering it. Trump says you will never take back the country with weakeness. Weaknesss can be interpreted as doing nothing but protesting (i.e. all talk and no action). This is why the president was wrong, and why those who were incited to anger by his words to enter the capitol were even more in the wrong. I am not Republican or Democrat, and I am not a fan of Democrats, but what this mob did was wrong.
Which people? What were they posting about that made them to receive so many likes that got them worried?
My first thought was the guy sitting at Nancy's desk taking pictures. His only concern was how many likes he would get.
A few out of millions and the whole group is a mob. Sounds like my first thoughts on the blm riots but then when the dust settled I started to see the big picture.
Well, that is why most retired officers don't speak against a sitting President and also shows the grave convictions of those, like Adm. McRaven, who saw just how dangerous Trump is and chose to hold his loyalty to the US Constitution over than to the president., and spoke out against him. From what I read they could charge anyone who retired for any violation. Anyone who has served could be called back so that would make us all vulnerable. You know how the military works and they will use this selectively.
