    I’ve always done eggs like this but I still have issues from time to time. I was told the fresher the egg, the harder it is to peel. Something to do with the membrane.

    It’s a lot easier imo. And the eggs come out of the shell unscathed.

    Mine come out looking like they have a lot poc marks if I’m not careful. They work in egg salad though!

    Try an Instant Pot or Ninja Foodie pressure cooker. They practically de-shell themselves
