  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

An Example Of Misleading Polling Results

It is now quite common for media to omit pertinent facts, mislead, or even deceive in order to further their agenda. I see it all the time, poor assumptions, bad data, or simply media bias. Even the alleged "fact finders" make wrong or premature conclusions at times. Today, I want to look at...

48% of White Evangelicals Would Support Kavanaugh Even If He Assaulted Dr. Ford For this poll, they interviewed 997 people and this is the result that came out. I don't know about you, but these polls focusing on evangelicals really seem to be steamed in sensationlistic reaction rather than...

    Lent Madness

Link: Lent Madness If you're familiar with the NCAA basketball tournament, or really any single-elimination sports playoff system, you'll probably understand how this works. Basically, the twist is that instead of sports teams, Saints are placed in these brackets. Every day, two Saints face...

    Beer or Wine?

Which drink do you prefer when you aren't drinking hard liquor? ;) Beer or wine? If you don't see a poll up, it's because I just posted this and am still working on the poll part. It'll be up shortly. I'm voting for beer. :) I just realized I excluded all sorts of things like mixed drinks...

Poll for the candidate you want

It's the only way through the log jam. The established parties have provided the worst possible candidates, but 'strategic voting' to keep out the other party, has long given the main parties the ability to run our country. (whose country?) This time they've overdone it, there is almost...

Does the Trump train have any ground game?

If you are a Trump supporter does the fact that he is not focusing on building a ground game worry you? Should Trump build a ground game for that matter? https://thesystemsscientist.com/2016/08/28/does-the-trump-train-have-any-tracks/
