  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Are Men and Women Both Created in God’s Image?

Are men and women both created in God’s image? The answer is surprisingly simple. Yes, they are. In the second chapter of Genesis, God breathes the breath of life into Adam. Eve doesn’t directly receive the breath of life, she only receives it indirectly from Adam. The first chapter of...

    Very New to the Faith

Hello, hope you are all well, keep a long story short, I have always been a man of science. I was very suspect about religion and all that. Anyway, I had a health scare about 2 weeks ago, and one night in bed I said to myself, if you can make this go away, I will follow you to the end and spread...

Why did Jesus say "in the beginning, God created them male and female"? Not Masc or Fem evolutions?

Hi there, So the words of Jesus are pretty explicit: "in the beginning, God created them male and female". He expressly did not say "in the beginning, God created masculine and feminine Evolutions"? But, if you are going to believe Evolution, is that a position you have to take? That...

First-Fruits Of The End Time Harvest

They (the 144,000) have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins. It is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These have been redeemed from mankind as first-fruits for God and the Lamb, and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are blameless (Revelation 14). We know God...

    Single and successful

So I'm a 23 yo male. i feel I have everything except a family of my own to share my success with. Everything except girls and dating in my life has come not easily, but with less intimidation. I am not afraid of girls or anything, but just not willing to be vulnerable with people. I guess I just...

Gender of biblical language words used for divinity

Does any one actually believe YHWH is one gender or the other? Elohim used in Genesis is a plural (strike out feminine - old scribe's error) masculine noun. The Hebrew, Greek, or English word for father uses the word figuratively. In the biological sense of the meaning of YHWH is not "our...
