    Plenary Indulgence

    Okay so I watched the movie Dogma and it meant mentioned a Plenary Indulgence and how whatever the church decrees God shall abide in heaven or something like that. So out of curiosity is any of this true about Indulgence that you just walk through an arch way and all your sins are forgiven?

    In the Orthodox Church, is it possible to receive absolution over the telephone (if distance, insufficient car fare, or other circumstances keep you from getting to an Orthodox Priest, or keep the priest from getting to you)?
