I am confused. In the end when all is said in done, doesn't the church(RCC) believe that we will stand in individual judgement before the Lord and go to heaven, hell, or be stuck in purgatory until we are interceded for? Wouldn't an individual relationship or record be important in this case...

Atheists don't bug me so much as they are honest. Agnostics usually distort theology of our Christian faith and attack us when we least expect it under the cloak of neutrality.

Right. If you have a problem with someone, you are to go to him in private. That is Biblical and quite frankly just common courtesy. If a church sinned corporately or there was a rift, speak to them as a whole but do so in love.
