The Bible says that the Father was well pleased with the Son. We are to be like Jesus in ever way, seek and do all we can to be well pleasing to the Father. Is there anyone here who feels that they have a testimony from God, that they are well pleasing to Him? Thanks, JohnR7

I think I really need to come up a testimony of that. But one thing I am sure is everyday when we go out there, our actions, decisions and behaviour to others will tell how convicted, believed and commited to Jesus we are.
And I do believe we have to fight many temptations to lure us away from what pleases the Father and our faith in salvation through the Christ.

>>Now when He looks at us, it is Jesus He sees.

We hope He sees Jesus, because we are to be just like Him in every way. He came to show us the way. His attitudes are to be our attitudes. The works He did, we will do and even greater works.

John 14:12 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
