In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. I agree. The 1260, 1290 and 1335 days, ALL commence at the mid point of the 7 years. [mid and midst are the same. NOT 30 or 75 days before]
No, 1290 days and 1335 days begin on day 1185 of the 7 years.

midpoint and midst are not the same. midst is middle part. Day 1185 is in the midst, middle part, of the 7 years.

I did. those extra days fit the fulfilment of Feast days; AFTER Jesus Returns.
No, keras, you did not give any proof because there is no text in the bible of what calendar day Jesus returns.

Rev 2. The 7 churches reflect the varying conditions of the Church throughout the earth and throughout the NT age. It is a clear indication that the kingdoms of the world are still in the hands of Satan, although God continues to protect His Church through the agency of angels.

Rev 4.1 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.” 2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. 3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby. A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the throne. 4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads. 5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God. 6 Also in front of the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.

This picture in heaven reflects God's intention to bring His Kingdom down to earth eventually. The rainbow indicates God's covenant with the earth, to protect it until the fires of judgment. The 24 elders are likely angels who protect God's promise of protection for both Israel (12 tribes) and the International Church (12 apostles sent to the nations).

Rev 4.6 In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back. 7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle. 8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying:
“‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,’ who was, and is, and is to come.”

The 4 creatures were also angels, I believe, appearing as the cherubim in Ezekiel. They represent God's judgment against the earth, symbolized by creatures of great violence or power. A lion is predatory and powerful. The ox is very strong. The man is intelligent. And the eagle is an omnicient predator. There is no escape from these angels of judgment, who are intent upon protecting the holiness of God upon the earth.

Rev 5.1 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?

Christ's redemptive work allows God's work upon the earth, through the angels, which will prepare the earth for the saints' inheritance.

Rev 6.1 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

The 4 horsemen represent these angelic judgments upon the earth, which have been taking place throughout NT history since the death of Christ. They are limited judgments leading to Armageddon. The white horse conquers kingdoms that pretend to establish a permanent kingdom on earth, in place of Christ's Kingdom.

3 When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” 4 Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

This horseman doesn't allow the world to unite as in the Tower of Babel. Men try to do good without Christ, but their labor is cursed just as Adam in his sin had his labor cursed.

5 When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

This horseman also frustrates the labor of Man, they're being unable to produce their own sustenance apart from God.

7 When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8 I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

This horseman brings about death as the ultimate curse of sin. Note how it is only a fourth of the earth, and not yet world-wide judgment. History is filled with examples of divine judgment against nations, and yet without completely destroying them.

9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained.

Sadly, when the world is under judgment, the saints suffer from those who are bringing this divine judgment upon the world.

Rev 6.12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13 and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14 The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.
...They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!

The 6th seal reveals the world's recognition of their ultimate failure. It is a prolepsis of Christ's Coming, which will bring the Kingdom of God down upon the earth at Armageddon.

Hi Douggg

This chart has been helpful to me, trying to find the verses and make sense of time periods mentioned in end times prophecy. However I think it has some errors:

1. You have Revelation 11:2 happening after Revelation 11:3. As best I can tell from the passage it is the same time period in both verses, it certainly doesn't indicate verse 3 happens before verse 2.
2. Revelation 12:6 and 12:14 - it looks to me like these both refer to the same time period - the woman flees into the wilderness to be taken care of by God at the beginning of the period in both verses, so it wouldn't make sense for them to be sequential.
3. I and other people have pointed this out to you before, I wish you would take notice: the 7 years/7 month periods in Ezekiel 39 happen AFTER the battle of Gog and Magog. This battle is probably after the Millenium (since Revelation 20:8 specifically mentions Gog and Magog), or it could be aligned with the battle of Armageddon at Jesus Return (Revelation 16:12-16 and Revelation 19:19-21), but it isn't when the covenant with many is made in Daniel 9:27. Just because they are both 7 year periods doesn't mean they have to be the same 7 year period, that is bad logic. Your 42 months/time, times and half a time comparison works because they could refer to the same time period, but this 7 years clearly doesn't.

If you can fix the errors above it then becomes a plausible chart. I would also highlight that Daniel 8:14 was fulfilled by Antiochus Epiphanes IV, the Jews celebrate Hannukah every year when the temple was rededicated after this period, I don't think we should be looking for that to be fulfilled again, it doesn't make sense with the rest of your chart anyway.

I haven't noticed you ever correct anything, but I would urge you to do so as the errors and inconsistencies throw off the credibility of the rest of the chart.

Hi BibleDaniel7,

The 42 months and the 1260 are not exact equals. I understand that mathematically 1260/30 days is 42 months.

But there is a reason for having the two different time expressions - instead of just one.

I will explain.

The 7 years total 2520 days.

The two witnesses testify for 1260 days. Then they are killed, and 3.5 days later comeback to life, and leave this world.

So 1260 +3.5 = 1263.5. 2520 (the seven years) -1263.5 = leaves1256.5 days left. That 1256.5 days left is nominally referred to as 42 months in the text.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, if you notice on the chart, the like time frames are grouped and colored coded together.

Since the 1260 days of Revelation 11:3 must take place (in the first half) before the 42 months of Revelation 11:3 (in the second half), the 1260 days of Revelation 12:6 also is in the first half.

Following Revelation 12:6 1260 days (the first half of the 7 years), there will be a war in the second heaven in Revelation 12:7-9, and Satan will be cast down to earth, having but a time, times, half time left - that he will seek to persecute the woman, Israel.

We are not informed of how long that war in the second heaven will take place. But it is a factor that the time, times, half time - again - is not an exact equal to the 1260 days.

1260 days (first half) + war in second heaven time + time, times, half time = 2520 days

Yes, I agree (to the part I highlighted in red).

What will happen after Gog/Magog event is that the little horn person will come into the middle east with a EU army on the pretense of keeping the peace in the region.

The Jews of Judaism will think he is their long awaited King of Israel messiah. The false prophet will anoint him the King of Israel. At that point, the little horn person becomes the Antichrist.

Playing the part of the King of Israel, the Antichrist will confirm the Mt. Sinai covenant for the 7 year cycle Moses spoke about in Deuteronomy 31:9-13 that all future leaders of Israel should do.

The vision in Daniel 8:13-14 is time of the end. Antiochus IV did not live at the time of end. Also Antiochus is not the little horn person of Daniel 8:9.

13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

In Daniel 8:17, Gabriel informed Daniel....

17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.

Hi Douggg

OK not as pretty, but here is how I think it looks. I think it is clear Revelation 12 happens before Revelation 13, and the beast only emerges from the sea at the beginning of Revelation 13, so the times in Revelation 12 are separate and earlier from the others. Your diagram then adds them together to get the 7 years from Daniel 9:27, which is a plausible conclusion. I am not totally sure about it so I haven't included that in my diagram.

The references to 1290 and 1335 days in Daniel 12 just extend the time beyond the time when the seventh trumpet sounds - it is clear a lot of things happen in a relatively short space of time once the seventh trumpet sounds.

Hi BibleDaniel7,

On your diagram could you please show the 3 1/2 days that the two witnesses bodies lay dead ? In Revelation 11:8-12.

Nice job on making a column for "Summary of Bible description".

The sixth seal event corresponds to Matthew 24:29-30a. Matthew 24:30a is the sign of the Son of man appearing in heaven.

That will cause terror among the wicked on earth. So much so, that they react as described in Revelation 6:15-17.

Then, in Revelation 16:13-16, the beast-king, the false prophet, and Satan will convince the kings of the earth to gather their courage, and gather their armies at Armageddon to prepare to make war on Jesus and His armies of heaven.

I agree the six seal corresponds with Matthew 24:29 30; which happens before we see Christ return.

The question is or should be are we living in the beginning of The sixth seal?

Isaiah 3:1-7 The Lord is about to strip Judah of every prop and support. All of their leaders, generals, counsellors and prophesiers. I shall appoint inexperienced people to positions of authority. Oppression and arrogance will stalk the Land. Isaiah 22:3
Watch for some kind of disaster to strike Israel’s leaders. Micah 5:1b

Isaiah 3:8-9 Judah is brought low, for in word and deed, they defy the Lord. The look on their faces testifies against them. Like Sodom, they parade their sins. Woe betide them, they have earned the disaster that will strike them. Isaiah 22:4, Jeremiah 17:1
Tel Aviv: touted as the ‘Gay capital of the world’.

Isaiah 3:10-11 Happy are the righteous. All goes well with them. Isaiah 26:7 Woe to the wicked, disaster is upon them. Isaiah 26:10, Hebrews 10:26-31
Isaiah 3:12 My people, those who guide you are leading you astray. Jeremiah 23:1-2 The Lord stands up to judge His people. He opens the indictment against the elders and leaders; it is you who have ruined My vineyard. You have crushed My people and oppressed the poor. Jeremiah 50:6

Isaiah 3:16-26 You women of Zion; I will take away your finery, instead of coifed hair, you will be bald. Isaiah 32:9-11 Your men will fall by the sword, as in battle. Judah’s defences are stripped bare, all support removed. Isaiah 22:8 On that Day, seven women will ask one man for help and support.

Isaiah 4:2 On that Day, the plant that the Lord has grown will become glorious in its beauty and the Land will be fruitful, the pride of the survivors in the Land.
In other translations “plant’ is rendered ‘Branch’ and assumed to refer to Jesus, but the “plant’’, nurtured by the Lord is the Christian peoples. Jesus is the tree trunk, we are the branches.

Isaiah 4:3-6 Those who remain in Jerusalem, whose survival was decreed, will be called holy. Isaiah 29:4, Zechariah 13:7-9 When the Lord washes away the filth of Jerusalem by a spirit of judgement burning like fire, He will create a cloud by day and a flame by night over Mt Zion, to be a covering for shade and shelter.
This will be the same as the Lord did for ancient Israel, not as a visible Presence.

Isaiah 10:19 The Light of Israel will become a fire, their Holy One, a flame, that in a single day will burn up and consume His enemies. Zechariah 3:9, Isaiah 17:12-14

The forests and pastures will suddenly be destroyed, only a few trees will remain. Joel 1:15-20, Amos 1 & 2:1-5

The great and terrible Day of the Lord’s fiery wrath; the Sixth Seal disaster.

Isaiah 10:23 On that Day, the remnant of Israel, the survivors of Jacob [all 12 tribes] will set their allegiance solely on the Lord. A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob, will return to God, their strength. Israel, though you are as the sands of the sea – only a remnant will return. Isaiah 14:1-2 The Lord will carry out the destruction decreed upon the whole Land. Ezekiel 7:5-14, Isaiah 34:5, Zephaniah 1:1-18

Judah is brought low ‘, only a holy remnant saved. Romans 9:27 Then all the Christian Israelites of God will go to live in all of the holy Land. Isaiah 35:1-10, Ezekiel 34:11-16.
The faithful believers from every tribe, race nation and language. John sees them there – Revelation 7:9

Isaiah tells of events soon to happen, the coming Day of the Lord’s destruction in the Middle East. Isaiah 29:1-4, Zephaniah 1:14-18, Revelation 6:12-17
A ‘single Day’ of a fire punishment, a seemingly natural occurrence of a huge solar flare. Then; His people: faithful Christians from every tribe, race, nation and language, will go on a second Exodus to live in the holy Land, before the Return of Jesus.

We are living right before the first seal event takes place. The first seal event involves that arrival of the Antichrist who will be anointed the King of Israel, thought-to-be messiah. And right before his arrival, the Gog/Magog event will take place.

The Prophecy of Ezekiel 34:11-16 tells the story of the gathering of the Lords 'sheep' after the day of cloud and darkness. It is really indisputable and is proved by how Gods Holy peoples are in the Holy Land when the Anti-Christ conquers them. Daniel 7:25 & Revelation 13:5-7

THAT is our future and our destiny, any other ideas are fables, from the father of lies.

Solar flares, or Coronal Mass Ejections are a fact, not a theory. The one the Lord will instigate, will be of an unprecedented magnitude and will literally fulfil all the vivid descriptions about the Day of the Lords fiery wrath.

Revelation does that. There are some flashbacks, but it isn't hard to understand the correct sequence of events.
Note; that nowhere does Revelation, or any other Bible book, say the Church will be taken to heaven. Or that there will be a general resurrection of the Christian dead, at or before Jesus Returns.
Any chart or list of the end times which has a rapture or a resurrection before the end of the Millennium, is wrong and cannot be trusted.

You stated you provide lists of events, instead making timeline charts.

So, provide your list of events. Things like building a temple on the temple mount and starting animal sacrifices again. Things like the confirmation of the covenant for 7 years in Daniel 9:27. Things like the Gog/Magog event. Things like the two witnesses testifying in Jerusalem. Things, like the abomination of desolation setup. Things like the great tribulation.

1. solar flare event, depopulating the current population of Israel and replaced by a new nation made up of Christians migrating there in the aftermath

2. next event

3. next event

4. next event

5. next event

(continue with your list of events until Jesus returns).

Those bottom two lines beginning with "After" are confusing. What is after and after what ? After the 7 years ?

I suggest just deleting those two lines..

Hi Douggg

It looks like my image hasn't displayed correctly on your screen - it looks ok to me, can you check again. In text I have written:

After:
Revelation 11:15 etc. Seventh/Final Trumpet, Third Woe=7 Vials, Return of Christ

I am just trying to show that the next main event after the second 3.5 year period is the seventh trumpet and associated events.

You asked me to show the 3.5 days of Revelation 11:9-11 in my chart. I haven't done that as I think it is not relevant - I am showing all the "3.5 year" periods in my chart, adding an extra line for this 3.5 day period doesn't really contribute to it. If I had to, I would put it after the second 3.5 year period and before the seventh trumpet, i.e. in the order described in Revelation 11.
