I thought I pay for newspaper subscription for The Times or Guardian. But on a Sunday I bought a newspaper and felt nearly suicidal after reading it.
With my not so stable emotional mind, it can be dangerous for me to read the news. And now if you go to Facebook or Instagram, it is full with Epstein stories. I was thinking, how can I get away from it?
Then on my day off, I read up from a book from Joyce Meyer, who had been through hard times in her youth and teaches us how to survive it all.
And she pointed to the Bible that God gives as grace and peace, despite our present evil times. That through Jesus Christ as well who gave himself up to rescue us from our sins. We can be living in difficult times and feel the peace anyway.
I was really off from that a few days ago. I always read the news and I was thinking why I do this? I read this in the buses to work and back and it is not healthy. Then I thought pay for subscription for the likes of The Times and in order to talk with other people about politics, but I got nearly suicidal.
I have to stay healthy as with my illness I do everything. I take my medication, go to work, pay bills and go to church and yet other people in the world smash everything up and we wonder how we can live with it.
