Future SCOTUS pick. What is with the MAGA affinity towards those of marriage infidelity, the impeached, and corruption?
Jesus wouldn't approve either. Do you wish to recite those marriage commandments with me?Jesus stated: "He that is without sin cast the first stone"
I'm already married ,since 1999. I love my beloved wife more today than when we were married.Jesus wouldn't approve either. Do you wish to recite those marriage commandments with me?
Great. Not sue why the invocation of Jesus to minimize marriage infidelity, political malfeasance where one's own party impeaches them, and the corruption itself.I'm already married ,since 1999. I love my beloved wife more today than when we were married.

"...not sure" was rhetorical. I do understand why people of faith run to find some bible verse to minimize such a
Outstanding use of rhetoric! Be Blessed!

He also said "Go and sin no more." not "now let's elevate you to a leadership position."Jesus stated: "He that is without sin cast the first stone"
They can't even make the argument that this is to get a Republican in the seat. According to the polling I'm aware of, Cornyn had a better shot of winning in the general election. But they still picked the guy who's so corrupt that he got impeached by his own party.....once again, Republican primary voters have shown us who they are.
And Harris got the nomination because she got the most votes in the 2024 primaries?

I think he has the same instincts as always; his focus is just on himself (as it has always been) rather than on the party (as some may have believed it to be).Trump, who in the past has had good political instincts
No time for a primary. They went straight to the electoral votes. And Harris got the nomination because she got the most votes in the 2024 primaries?
Feh. I’ve seen this a lot in primaries, including one my father-in-law was in once. A candidate bowing out and giving another their support is likely as old as the US itself.
2024 Dem primary voters (I didn't bother as both parties were a done deal) were voting for Harris to be the VP candidate as Biden was expected to keep her on or had said so explicitly. I forget which as it wasn't that important. And Harris got the nomination because she got the most votes in the 2024 primaries?
