Hi everyone, I go to a church service as somebody who is diagnosed autistic. I have settled going to a Holy Communion church service without music and is relatively short at 30 minutes. Sometimes when I attend I need something in hand and in the past kept a small fidget where nobody could see. I have found out though that Rosary beads work well at church if needed or if needed in any other quiet place. There are other types like St Christopher beads and St Dymphna beads. There are also types with just the cross and some which are aimed at autistics. They work well for me and can be used by non Catholics to.
I also have an ono roller and they are silent to and the junior is hard to be seen in hand, but the rosary is just perfect for my needs.
