Let me try this again I made a mistake on my last answer to this. No, I don't believe that somebody whom God loves can be separated from God's love. It seems to me that you believe in universalism - the notion that everybody will be saved whether or not they believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. You quoted that well-known verse, John 3:16, which says that everyone who believes in Jesus Christ should not perish but have everlasting life. Further on in the same chapter we are told:
(Joh 3:18) "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
I believe that the only way to the Father in through Jesus. The difference is that I believe like the early church that you can bend the knee and confess Jesus is Lord even after the mortal body is dead. Jesus saves us not our mortal body, death is the consequence of sin and all sin, no place does Scripture say the sin is eternal torture.
Because Jesus saves our true self not our body, God is not limited by time, remember Scripture tells us Jesus seeks the lost sheep until they are found, he doesn't give up, he paid too high a price to be cheated out of what he paid for.
Scripture is very clear that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord ( Isaiah 45:23/Rom 14:11 and Phil 2:10-11) Phil 2:10-11 uses the Greek word for confess- exomologeo- which means to acknowledge openly and joyfully, to celebrate, to give praise to without reservations. This is not a forced confession by a boot on the neck, not that God would except that anyway, but it is the same thing that all must do to be part of the Kingdome. Scripture says this three times, why do you not believe?
1 Cor 15:28 God will be all in all- notice it does not say all in some, but all in all. Again why do you not believe this.
1 Tim 4:9-11 Because we trust in the living God, who is the savior of all men, especially of those who believe. Do you believe this?
If you believe that God can only save someone while in the mortal body then many Scriptures would be false, these above and many others.
Gods creation of humanity is too precious to him to lose it either from the enemy or our lack of understanding.
This was the teaching of the early church especially in the east that was Greek speaking.
I think it would be good for you to study what Christian Universal Restoration teaches and why before you make claims as you did, you have shown your ignorance about what was taught in the early Greek church.
