My point, and it applies to both Soviet Constitutions, is that it takes moral people to enforce the Constitution. In their Constitutions the people were supposedly granted even more rights than we have here. The reality was that they suppressed Christianity and Judaism and the state religion was essentially atheism.
Just spitting facts. Communism is a cancer that only spreads, consumes, and destroys. Which is why it must be snipped at the bud.
