  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Let's see...

First, there were several million documents.
Next, Congress passed a law requiring all unclassified documents to be released in 30 days (The Epstein File Transparency Act of 2025).
Now there are complaints the documents were improperly redacted. Oh? What did they think was going to happen?

That the corrupt AG would violate the law and not comply. I could have predicted that, and I'm sure that the organizers of the law expected no less.

Several million documents expected to be properly redacted and released in 30 days is an issue regardless of who is AG.

I have no problems with the way the AG handled this, The wealthy were properly redacted. The "victims" properly revealed so we can see how unvictimized they really were.

You think the unlawful redactions were by mistake?

According to reporting and their own claims, they had large teams of lawyers spending a lot of time redacting materials in the first half of 2025 and then didn't release them as claimed. That's why the law was written (delayed by Johnson) and passed. They made their bed and now must lie in it.

Weeks late. (not-)Redacted in violation of the law. Lack of explanations for the redactions as required by law. No indication of how many more should be released...

And how quickly does it take to correctly redact several million documents?

I was going to ask you the same thing.
Sorry, I'm not going to answer your question since you haven't answered mine, which I asked first. Don't bother replying except with an actual answer.

Mainstream media has always resisted systemic accountability when it comes to the Eppstein case, because they represent the same elite networks that Eppstein exploited. Eppstein isn't a bug or bad apple, he's inevitable when a system privileges power and wealth over human dignity and truth-telling.

They had months before the law passed to do it.

Remember, the whole reason the law was passed was that they wouldn't release what they claimed they were going to release. Then, Speaker Johnson stalled the bill by keeping the House in recess for an extended part of the summer.

How quickly can you correctly redact the files that have so far been released? Just as fast. You desperately trying to avoid answering the question is enough of an answer in itself.
