  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

So let's stop enforcing the law because some people won't like it.
Let's enforced the law in an intentionally overbearing and cruel fashion so when people don't like it we can accuse them of not wanting the law enforced. MAGA!

ICE Says U.S. Citizen’s Birth Certificate Is Fake After Arresting Her: Attorneys

Dulce Consuelo Diaz Morales was arrested on Sunday. ICE won’t release her despite extensive documentation of her citizenship, her attorneys told HuffPost.

Woman who says she was born in Maryland released from ICE custody after 25 days

Victoria Slatton, Dulce Consuelo Diaz-Morales's lawyer, said she was released after 25 days in ICE custody.

"I want to be careful here because this is not a full victory," her lawyer said on social media. "Her case has not been terminated. It's also still a tragedy that she was in detention for 25 miserable days."

Her lawyer says she is an American by birth, with documentation and a witness to prove she was born in a hospital in Laurel, Maryland.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has denied Morales' citizenship.

It was never about legal or illegal. That was just the excuse they needed to get most of the party onboard with their cruel agenda towards the Americans they don’t like.

Poso is unfamiliar with the concept. He's the vile person behind "pizzagate" (and a lot of other gunk.)

I saw your video. I don't see her running over anyone. Every video, that I saw, she didn't to run over anyone. Why is America, a war zone? That would even terrify a young woman.
So she has to actually run over someone first? Driving at someone doesn't count. She actually has to run them over before they can shoot?

Thats like saying if some points a gun at you, you have to wait until they shoot you before you can shoot back.

Noem on Minnesota officials: "They have not been cut out. They don't have any jurisdiction in this investigation."

Q: Minnesota officials say they've been cut out of the investigation

NOEM: I'd like to know where they've been and why they're not on the streets investigating all of these people that are harassing and inciting violence against law enforcement officers right now. Minnesota is a trainwreck.

Minnesota officials say they can't access evidence after fatal ICE shooting and FBI won't work jointly on investigation

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The head of Minnesota's state investigations agency says the U.S. attorney's office has cut off its access in the fatal shooting of a Minneapolis woman by an ICE agent.

The video backs up Callenson's account. As the two agents aggressively approach her vehicle, with one audibly yelling ("GET THE **** OUT OF THE CAR"), she starts to do a 3 point turn, backing up, and then turning her front wheels to the right (away from the agent at the front of the car) while slowly pulling forward. Whether her front bumper clipped him before he stepped back, or not --is not enitrely clear. However, there is no doubt that he was still standing clear of the vehicle's path when he fired 3 shots as described above....and walked away immediately after (with no apparent injury).

It's also clear he was NOT in any danger when he fired those 3 shots.

Shooting a suspect to stop them from "getting away" is never acceptable unless the officer's life is in danger.
Okay if that is indeed the case then this was an unlawful use of force and the officer should stand trial for homicide. If this is all true.

You can do better then false dichotomies. You were law enforcement and know full well that the law can be enforced without the need for the confrontational escalation that we have seen.

Noem is correct. Minnesota had lost its right to investigate criminal activity surrounding theae incidents if they are not investigating ALL criminal activity surrounding the immigration activities.

They are going to investigate ICE while doing immigration enforcement, but not investigate citizens for unlawful acts during ICE immigration enforcement. What a double standard and loss or right to investigate anything. Surrounding the enforcement.

If what I am.reading is true, then the officer should be investigated by the DOJ for possible homicide.

Yes, the leftists opposing them, could leave them to do their jobs instead of instigating confrontations with them. If they were allowed to do their jobs in peace we would see fewer issues.

Saw this:

All the White Lives Matter folks are pretty quiet now that a white woman got shot in the face.

We are changing the movement to "Right Lives Matter".

A counterprotester briefly faces off with protesters as crowd diminishes

A counterprotester antagonized some of the demonstrators near the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building on Thursday morning.

“We executed one of you yesterday,” the counterprotester said.

The protesters’ response: “Don’t feed the trolls.”

More on the victim.

Good spent most of her life in Colorado and briefly moved to Kansas to live with her parents for a time after her husband – a military veteran – died, her father Tim Ganger told The Washington Post.

The father of her 6-year-old died in 2023. “There’s nobody else in his life,” the child’s grandfather told the Star Tribune. Good had hosted a podcast with her late second husband, Tim Macklin, the AP said.

Good’s ex-husband described her as a devoted Christian who participated in youth mission trips to Northern Ireland, the AP reported. He also said she loved to sing and was in a high school chorus before studying vocal performance in college.
