I'm having fun working on my Christmas animation while listening to Christmas music!

The characters look so cute in their Christmas outfits! ^_^

This animation is going to include the events from the beginning of chapter 19, the parts where they decorate the tree and play in the snow.

I noticed I actually missed something in a few frames from the other animation I was making, which I'll have to add when I get the chance.

I got the Christmas decorating done, but my family still has to take care of gift shopping and baking.

I wish I could catch up on my sleep so my symptoms would go back to normal. When something that normally happens maybe once or twice a month (and I normally rarely think about) suddenly starts happening at least once nearly every day, it really freaks me out, even though I've been assured it's nothing to be concerned about.

Every time I think it's finally going away or I'm close to forgetting about it, it comes back...it's been really bothering me for about a month now, and came back today after actually going away for four days. Maybe it's because I didn't sleep well last night...

Thankfully, I've been sleeping better overall since starting my medication again over three weeks ago, but I'm still not back to normal. I slept well once or twice a week instead of once a month, and last night was my first bad night in two weeks. I guess that's an improvement, but I just can't wait to get back to normal!

My Christmas animation is over halfway done now. I finished the part where the characters decorate the tree and now I'm on the part where they go outside before playing in the snow.

It's amazing how much time it takes to animate some things. Kirby doesn't take too long since he's easy to draw, but the other characters can take a lot more time. It took me all day just to draw Magolor and Susie walking outside (and Magolor was already done except one of his hands needed to be redrawn). Today I spent all my time drawing Taranza's next animation. Drawing him getting tangled in Christmas lights will be fun...

(Of course, I'm not actually spending the entire day on this, just the time when I normally use the computer.)

I got a lot of chapter 13 of my story done, but I still have to figure out what happens in the rest of it.

I figured out what will happen in the rest of chapter 13, so I should be able to get it done soon! Also, I have an idea for at least one upcoming chapter (probably either 14 or 15) that will be cute and sweet.

I just have to decide if there's anything else that should happen first.

I finished animating the parts where everyone goes outside and Taranza gets tangled in Christmas lights. Now I have one more frame to make of Kirby sledding, and then I'll just have to do the parts where Magolor, Taranza, and Susie build snow sculptures and Kirby accidentally throws snow all over Magolor.

After that, the characters will be done and I'll just have to make the backgrounds and put everything together! I'm excited to be getting close to finishing this animation!

After 18 days of work, I finally finished drawing the characters on all 187 frames of my Christmas animation! Now I just have to do the backgrounds and put everything together, which should only take a few more days. The first full episode of Kirby and the Rod of Darkness Animated is coming very soon! :clap:

Yes!! I finished all the backgrounds today, so now I'll just have to make the animation itself tomorrow. :clap:

There are figures of a Neutral Chao, gold Neutral Chao, and Dark Chao, but no Hero Chao.

I want to see a Hero Chao figure!

Is anyone else having issues with CF? For about a week, it was loading slowly and giving me error messages. Now if I try to post anywhere with colored text or smilies, I get an error message.

I would get "Bad Gateway" messages. Reaction emojis wouldn't load at all or would slowly load. I would have to wait for pages to load.

So I'm not the only one having issues with CF. Hopefully this will get resolved soon, but in the meantime I'll have to use plain text and type in the names of smilies I want to use (they'll work if you add them that way). I can't upload images right now, either.

I'm not happy with Pokemon Cafe Remix. They did so much for Halloween but hardly anything for Christmas this year. When the cafe customization was added, I was looking forward to decorating my cafe for Christmas...but so far we haven't even gotten any Christmas decorations! I miss the decorations, snow, and special music they used to add.

I finally uploaded chapter 13 of Mystery of the Mirror Rift! I haven't started chapter 14 yet and might not do so until after Christmas. I have some ideas but could use more.

For the most part, 2025 was a long, slow, completely crazy year. My family will be glad to see it go. I only hope and pray that 2026 will be much better.

What's sad is that if I hadn't made medication changes (what horrible mistakes those were) this would have been a great year for me and I may have even overcome my anxiety disorder. Instead, I got worse than ever. I'm doing better now than I was, but recovery has been a long, slow process. Hopefully next year...

It wasn't a totally bad year, because the first few months and a week or so of July were pretty good. I started writing Mystery of the Mirror Rift, made some more plushies, 3D models, and remixes, and started working on Kirby and the Rod of Darkness Animated. I'll try not to repeat the mistakes I made this year. And even if my attempts to overcome anxiety failed, I know what to do about it now.

Progress on my animation of chapter 1 will be resumed after Christmas. I look forward to sharing more cute animations!

I made a few edits to what I have done so far, mostly the part where Susie jumps out of her Business Suit and puts it away. I didn't like how her arm went from one position to another at the end, so I made an in-between frame. I removed a few details that weren't really necessary and re-positioned the characters in that scene. There were also a few frames in a different scene where I somehow forgot to add part of Susie's hair, so I fixed that. The only thing I might want to add now is an in-between frame in a scene where Magolor's hand moves from one position to another, but I'm not sure about that yet.
