CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Today I was listening to hymns on violin or something. It was so good. It was almost trance-like. W/in a couple minutes. It was very strange. & they were old Christian hymns so I didn't understand but didn't really trust that b/c we have to be sober. So I ended up just going back to piano hymns.

This is "the song" I requested be played at my funeral or after I have died when that happens one day eventually, and it's absolutely perfect for someone like me, and fits/describes me perfectly, and I just thought I'd share it with you all, in case you care to give it a full listen maybe, but I do warn you that it can be kinda powerful for some people though, ok. I played it for my therapist, and she cried, so...? Felt I had to apologize to her after that, etc. And so I did afterwards, etc. Cause I felt bad, etc. Also had to tell her/remind her that I didn't plan on dying anytime soon also, etc.
