I don't think that it's funny at all that Authoritarians forced the American people to wear masks in a situation where they didn't work; but now that those Authoritarians have lost their power; they spout vitriol that rallies masked terrorists to place bounties on those who defend law and order, and tear the masks of the officers who wear them to protect their lives from the terrorists.
Police are reluctant to arrest illegal aliens; and judges are reluctant to convict them; so you can only make you cqase on the data that you have available.

There are various kinds of crimes and various ways of apprehending criminals. I think what is concerning many people is what they see as a policy to treat all illegal aliens as if they were violent offenders.
Many of them are violent offenders. For example the recent arrest with assistance with a helicopter and snipers in the arrest of cartel members who were illegally selling firearms.

I think we should have immigration laws and we should expect people to abide by them.
We are as individuals. Scripture is written to us as individuals and not to tell the secular state how they should run their country. Unless you are wanting the state to outlaw all sexual sin, gossip, lying and such. Or do you just think we should only push for part of scriptural morality and not all of it?
