Israel prepares for Iranian attack amid harsh new sanctions

There is concern in that the Islamic Republic, like a "wounded animal," will misread Israel or try to lash out amid economic distress. Preparations are for two months of heightened tension.

With the snapback clause now in force and new economic sanctions imposed on Iran, Israel is preparing for a particularly unstable two months with Iran, including the possibility of a miscalculation that would lead Tehran to initiate an attack on Israel.
The worry is that Iran, cornered and humiliated, will misread Israel and the worlds reaction to their response, or try to retaliate in all directions, given its predicament.

The economic sanctions imposed on Iran, effectively mark the end of the JCPOA, the previous nuclear agreement. These are draconian measures, including bans on the export and import of defence materiel to and from Iran. They also apply to countries that sell to Iran or buy from it, and to secondary sales and purchases designed to route goods through a third country to Iran.

Iran's leadership is deeply troubled by the sanctions, not least because the country is already grappling with economic fallout.

The concern is that under intense economic pressure, in light of the blows it suffered during the war, and perhaps out of fear that Israel plans to surprise it, a wounded Iran will decide to strike first, reasoning that the side that springs the surprise is the one that gains the upper hand. Basically: the desperate Mullahs of Iran, have to make the next move and it will be with the main weapon of their might; Jeremiah 49:35-36, which will cause the Lord to bring against them His fiery wrath, Psalms 83:13-18, 2 Peter 3:7, +

That Iran will attempt to fire nuke missiles at Israel, is sure; because the Lord actually encourages then to do it; Isaiah 21:2.Go up and besiege….do not hesitate!
Open your quiver, [the arrow holder] and prepare for war. Isaiah 22:6

Thinking that Iran has been ‘Trumped’, and is now unable to make a nuke missile, is a bad mistake. They do have the means and the ability to attempt what they openly say they intend to do;- Wipe Israel off the map

We Christian Bible believers should be aware of, and prepared for what will happen.

Do not dismiss Iran's sense of victory:
That sense of victory should not be underestimated. With the nuclear negotiations at a dead end, further complicated by the E3 decision to trigger the "snapback" mechanism and restore all sanctions lifted in 2015, Iran appears less fearful of another war. Its leaders believe they can achieve gains that eluded them in the last round.

Tehran still prefers a diplomatic path that could lead to sanctions relief. But given the Western stance, which Iran views as a "demand for surrender," its leadership recognizes that military escalation is increasingly likely. This is especially true in light of repeated Israeli warnings of renewed strikes if Iran attempts to rebuild its capabilities, particularly in the nuclear field.

Learning from its mistakes, Iran is now focused on upgrading its missile arsenal and fortifying its defences. Reports of missile tests and boasts by senior officials about new systems are issued almost daily. At the same time, Iranian leaders declare they will not hesitate to launch a pre-emptive strike if they believe Israel is about to attack.

On the nuclear front, it is doubtful that another campaign could do lasting damage to Iran's enrichment facilities. Such a war would not erase the knowledge possessed by Iranian scientists, nor the nuclear materials already stockpiled, leaving the Islamic Republic capable of working toward a bomb, if it so chooses.

The initial stage of another war, will almost certainly be more violent. Iran would likely deploy capabilities aimed at inflicting significant damage on Israel's home front, right from the outset. Ref: Israel Hayom September 2025

At the moment of attempting to fire a nuke missile into the Holy Land, the Lord will intervene and destroy them all. Ezekiel 7:14

Isaiah 29:5-8 But, your enemies will become like dust, those ruthless hordes, like blown chaff. Suddenly, in an instant, punishment will come from the Lord Almighty, with earthquakes, thunder, storms and a blaze of devouring fire. All the nations warring against Mt Zion, will vanish, as a dream, like one who is hungry or thirsty; then wakes to find himself empty, so it will be with all those nations attacking Israel. The fire judgement on the Middle East, striking ‘in an instant’, will be a Coronal Mass Ejection: an explosion on the suns surface, of unprecedented magnitude and is the next prophesied event we can expect, it is the Day that will ‘come as a thief’, sudden and unexpectedly. Zechariah 3:9,

Iran will not be the leader of the G/M attack. Some survivors of the Lords punishment of Iran, Jeremiah 49:35-37, will join with Gog.
Ezekiel 32:24-25 describes their fate when the Lord kills them with fire from the sun.

It is simply not possible with scripture, to think the G.M attack will come next. The people living in the holy Land when the Lord makes Gog bring on his attack, will be peaceful, prosperous and living defenceless.

Most people who study the current world situation, know about the long awaited; 12th Imam. According to Shi-ite theory, he will be preceded by some kind of disaster to the Islamic peoples.
That is why the crazy Ayatollahs of Tran are willing to sacrifice their own population, they will attempt to nuke Israel, knowing that Israels Samson Option will immediately retaliate and wipe them out as well, in a multi nuke exchange. This is not going to happen!

We who know and believe the Prophetic Word, can see and understand that the Lord will intervene at the moment of attack to destroy them all. Ezekiel 7:14, Psalms 7:12-16, 2 Peter 3:7, the Sixth Seal; Rev 6:12-17
