CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

But watching a few videos doesn't prove anything. I have just done a Google search, and there are plenty of videos that show the space station, views from the space station, and astronauts inside it.

But why do you think Bill Kaysing's book is more reliable than the sources that Herman Hedning linked to which argue against the conspiracy theories, the first of which starts:
" 'In the 1960s and 1970s the technology didn't exist to travel to the moon.'
In making this statement, conspiracists often draw parallels to the consumer technology of the 1960s. "If they couldn't make X, then how could they go to the moon?"
First we must remember that NASA was on the cutting edge of technology in the 1950s and 1960s. They had an enormous budget and attracted the top scientists in the country. At the height of the Apollo project there were half a million scientists and engineers working on different aspects of the missions.
In a larger sense, it's easy to lose touch with technology. That is, it's easy to look back to the past and wonder how we ever got along without the miracles we enjoy today. We sit at our gigahertz computers and forget that there was a time when an eight megahertz computer was pretty cool......."

Well of course I blooming well haven't.
So this don't stop me reading & watching video's about it that mock the whole farce & with evidence.
One astronot said on the ISS something on the lines of 'we are here in Huston talking to you' Then another said 'The building of Artimis will allow us to go further than low earth orbit, I'm like.

Except that you only choose to watch the videos which align with/affirm your beliefs.
Stating that the ISS doesn't exist and then quoting an astronaut who was on the ISS, makes no sense, and almost invalidates the quote.

The ISS is not much bigger than an airplane and so photographing it. It is not 240+ miles difference in height, if it was that much difference in their distances. The ISS when photographed, would in no way be able to be zoomed in as close as i can. I mean there is a big difference from 6 miles high to 250 miles high and the difference is just not there.

I have just looked up the dimensions, and find that the space station is about the size of an American football field:
"The space station is 356 feet (109 meters) end-to-end, one yard shy of the full length of an American football field including the end zones."

I don't have to find out anything as one of the astro-nots at the time who was supposedly on the ISS said, 'we are talking to you from here in Houston.'
This makes me wonder why your here on this thread.

i tell you what, go take a car and an 18 wheeler. Drive the car 6 miles away and drive the 18 wheeler 250 miles away and show the photos and that they can be photographed the same.

On the ground, maybe not.
But in the sky; a plane and the moon can be photographed together, A bird and the sun can be photographed together - as can a balloon and a cloud.
