Oh, that's a crime now, is it?

Not so long ago, many people on the right were falling over each other saying that if the banks got their money on time according to the terms of the loan that the banks themselves approved, there was no victim and no crime.

The oldest falsification I know of was when she claimed her father was her husband in order to get the money. It's like someone claiming they are a veteran to get a VA loan when they really are not a veteran. Or signing a statement to get a gun and claiming you are not a drug addict when you really are. It's against the law, and as she said, no one should be above the law. The days of special treatment under the law because you are a Democrat or sympathize with them are ending.

What about the days of special pleading because you are a Republican and it's only a 'process crime', or there is no victim therefore no crime?

So, once 25 years ago and another one as recent as 42 years ago? Is that even prosecutable? I think the fly died decades ago.

This retaliation is headed by the failed nominee United States attorney for the District of Columbia (USADC) Ed Martin as part of his aptly named “Weaponization Working Group.” He has never tried a case and during his stint as interim USADC, he dropped charges against his own former client - ethics? what ethics? He seems to be in the same league as Alina Habba.

So far, there have been no charges, just a campaign of harassment, sort of a gadfly to one party only.

Responding to your allegation. Minor errors in paperwork that, according to you without evidence, allegedly occurred 25 and 42 years ago may not even be prosecutable, which, if not, makes this whole brouhaha a smear campaign designed to harass for retaliation - maggots munching on a dead horse.
