Coincidence? I don't think so, since Oct 7th I've seen God act in Israel's benefit to windfalls of elimination of their enemies right and left "like a torch in the sheaves"

Netanyahu is using the drought to call out for Iranians to seek freedom from the Ayatollahs, offering that Israel is the world leader in water recycling and desalination and would jump into help the moment they can (which the Ayatollahs absolutely would not accept help from "the Zionist entity" (they won't say the word Israel))

Coincidence?
Iran has been facing drought conditions for many years. Here are a couple of articles from 2023.

Iran has been grappling with a severe drought for about three decades.
07 Aug 2023

Alongside dwindling rainfall, it has faced soaring temperatures and reduced snowfall. The water levels in rivers, lakes and groundwater reservoirs are significantly lower, leaving the country at risk of chronic water shortages by 2025. Adding to the challenge, most of Iran is within a part of the world already arid, even before the decline in precipitation.

The water crisis has already reached a critical level, according to the same analysts, which could threaten the Iranian people and the regime in the country.

There are signs that government officials are becoming concerned, as water scarcity spreads from the outskirts of the nation to its heart. It is not something that Tehran can be shielded from.

In Iran, Some Are Chasing the Last Drops of Water
June 21, 2023

Drought has stalked Iran for centuries, but the threat intensified in recent years as political priorities trumped sound water management, experts say.

Climate change has only made things worse in an area that typically gets no rainfall for seven months out of the year, and where temperatures can soar to 124 degrees in July.

Sistan and Baluchistan, where Iranian lawmakers warn the water will run out altogether within three months, might sound like an extreme case. But other regions are not far behind. Drought is forcing water cuts in the capital, Tehran, shrinking Lake Urmia, the largest saltwater lake in the Middle East, and the livelihoods that came with it, and stoking mass migration from Iran’s countryside to its cities.

Mismanagement of Iran’s water goes back at least to Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, who ruled Iran before being deposed in its 1979 Islamic Revolution. He dedicated scarce water to building up agriculture, helping to desiccate the ancient Persian system of underground aqueduct-like canals known as qanats.

Unrest over water rights has gripped far more prosperous and influential areas of Iran, including the central city of Isfahan, where the government’s diversion of the Zayanderud River led to protests on its dry, cracked bed in 2021.

Seven years ago, Mohammad Ehsani, a filmmaker, interviewed farmers, herders and others who lived around the once-fertile Hamoun wetlands for a documentary, “Once Hamoun.” It shows a landscape full of ancient history and modern decay: hut-like homes sitting in the dust where a lake used to be; camels and sheep drinking from dribbles of rainwater, all the moisture their owners could find;

The crazy Mullahs of Iran must act, or they will be deposed.
How can they act? By destroying Israel with nuke missiles. This would change the whole scene in the Middle East and make Islam supreme there.

There is plenty of indications of their desperate race toward being able to do this. It is just a matter of getting everything together and pressing the firing button.
THEN.....it will be the Lord who will act:

Psalms 94:1-7 God of vengeance 1, show Yourself. Repay the arrogant as they deserve. Rise now and judge the earth, give to the godless their just penalty. Lord: How long will the wicked exult? Evildoers oppress Your people, Your chosen nation. They say: The Lord does not see, the God of Jacob pays no heed.

Isaiah 42:14-15 Long have I restrained Myself 2, I kept silence and held Myself in check, now I am like a woman in labour, as in the throes of childbirth. I shall lay waste to the land, dry up rivers and lakes will become deserts.

Psalms 102:13 & 19-20 You will arise and have mercy on Zion, for it is time to pity her. The appointed time has come3. The Lord looks down from His sanctuary on high and surveys the earth. He hears the supplications of the exiles and will set free those threatened with annihilation.

Psalms 78:65-66 Then the Lord awoke as a sleeper awakes 4, as a warrior suddenly disturbed. He struck His foes and defeated them, to their eternal shame.

Psalms 2:4-9 The Lord, enthroned in the heavens 5 laughs and derides His enemies. Angrily He rebukes them and in His wrath, He devastates the nations, shattering them like a clay pot.

Psalms 11:4-6 The Lord is on His throne in heaven 5. He observes all people and judges them. He hates those who love violence. He will rain fiery coals and brimstone upon the wicked peoples 6; scorching winds will be their sentence.

Psalms 50:1-5 Our God is coming and will not keep silent. A consuming fire runs ahead of Him and around Him a great storm rages 6.

Psalms 18:13 The Lord thundered from the heavens 5, He raised His voice amid hail and glowing coals. He hurled forth arrows of lightning6 and sped them to their mark.

Joel 1:15, 2 Peter 3:10, Malachi 4:1, Zeph. 3:8, Isaiah 13:9, Isaiah 66:15-16, Jer. 9:22 The Day is near, the Day of the Lord it comes, as a mighty destruction from the Almighty. On that unexpected Day, the sky will be dispersed with a great noise and the earth will be enveloped in flames 7. All peoples will be brought to judgement and many will die.
Ref; REB. Some verses abridged.

1/ We know God as a God of love, but also of justice and this means that He must exact a just punishment onto those who deny Him and ignore His commands. Nahum 1:2, Isaiah 1:24, Romans 1:18

2/ The Lord has kept out of world affairs and allowed people to follow their own desires. This is our free will choice. Isaiah 64:7, Eccl. 8:5-7, Psalms 89:46, 1 Thess. 4:6-8

3/ God has a plan and all that is prophesied will come to pass at its appointed time. Isaiah 46:10, Psalms 33:10-11

4/ The Lord springs into action! Haggai 2:21-22, Amos 5:9, Joel 2:11, Psalms 144:5-6

5/ This event is NOT the Return, the Lord stays in His sanctuary. Psalms 7:6-16, Isa 60:1-3

6/ The great Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, prophesied over 100 times throughout the Bible, the Day of punishment on the nations, triggered by an attack on the State of Israel. Psalms 83:1-18, Habakkuk 3:12, Isaiah 34:1-5

7/ The only logical explanation for a worldwide fire, is a Coronal Mass Ejection, an explosion of the suns surface. This is confirmed by Isaiah 30:26 and Malachi 4:1.

A CME of unprecedented magnitude will strike the earth, the mass of superheated hydrogen plasma will fulfil all the prophesied effects: in the sky, heat, smoke, electrical, volcanic, earthquakes and the loss of our modern infrastructure. Deut. 32:22 & 34-35, Ezekiel 21:10, Revelation 6:12-17

Can they drill wells?
I'm pretty sure they can but if their water tables are bad there's just not much water to extract out of the ground. Desalinization would be a huge help to most countries in that region, and nobody's better at it than Israel.
It'd be a kinda complex issue to tackle as Desalinization requires a lot of electricity, so they'd need to be able to get their nuclear program for civilian energy back on track, which, with a change in leadership and a country that sought peace with Israel and the West would help with. They have good uranium reserves, however cooling nuclear plants needs a lot of water itself, it'd come down to how much surplus water could be desalinated and pumped out to irrigate and provide for the reservoirs and taps after whatever was needed to cool the nuclear plants, I'm not sure the logistics there... and Iran is very tectonically active so obviously there's radioactive contamination risks as well.

Iran has substantial oil and natural gas resources, they don't actually need nuclear power for electricity. The sole reason they are facing energy shortages is because of mismanagement, not lack of resources. Large portions of their oil production is being exported, and the revenue used for weapons programs and other needs of the Islamic Republic, but not to improve the infrastructure or the electrical grid.

Nuclear is just more capable of producing the large amounts of energy needed more efficiently than burning gas and oil.
