No - but I do try, and I don't dismiss all scientists and astronauts, as liars or people who are out to brainwash us.Unlike you I suppose![]()
No - but I do try,
So how does that work? The tides are constantly changing yet the earth's magnetic field doesn't fluctuate. Whoever told you tides are caused by the earth's magnetic field has been smoking the illegal stuffYes water always finds it's own level & tides are not caused by the moons pull, the tides are caused by the magnetic pole up in the north.
Nothing about magnetism mentioned there. I thought you only went by God's word. Also weird that you seem to be confusing Mt Zion in Jerusalem with your fictitious mountain at the North Pole. You really have no clue at all, do you.Look up verses in the Bible, 'The sides of the north'.
In Psalm 48:2, "sides of the north" refers to Mount Zion, the holy mountain and city of God, signifying its elevated and prominent position. The phrase is used to emphasize the grandeur and importance of Mount Zion,

The trouble is with you tube that anybody seems able to post anything there, so you can find videos which are supposed to prove that the Loch Ness Monster exists, and videos that say they prove that God doesn't exist. Put that against the testimonies of the astronauts who went, especially those Christian astronauts who include descriptions of their trip to the moon as part of their Christian testimony. I know whom I would rather believe. Those pictures were faked, watch, 'A funny thing happened on the way to the moon'

You haven't explained why to David Lamb. You have become more and more confusing, starting off by saying that there are two verses, one saying "circle" and the other saying "ball" That was Post 1962). Then in Post 1969 you wrote: "There are two verse's which says Circle and the other says ball." So then you seemed to be talking about three verses, two saying "circle" and another saying "ball". I have said t you many, many times that the verse you quote for "circle" does not say that the earth is a circle. It says that the Lord sits above the circle of the earth. In other words, the earth as a circle or circuit. The verse does not say, "The Lord sits above the earth, and the earth is a circle." The ball verse has nothing whatever to do with the shape of the earth. And I've explained why to David Lamb.

But water is not affected by magnetism. It cannot be magnetism that causes tides. And trying to make the words of Psalm 48 mean that Mount Zion is in the vicinity of the north magnetic pole just does not make sense. Mount Zion is where Jerusalem is, nowhere near the north magnetic pole.Yes water always finds it's own level & tides are not caused by the moons pull, the tides are caused by the magnetic pole up in the north.

Not Mercator again. He never even went to the North Pole. And Mount Zion is in the Middle East. The bible doesn't tell us that Satan took Jesus to Mount Zion, except that in another temptation we are told that he took Jesus to the highest pinnacle of the temple which is located near or on Mount Zion in the north part of Jerusalem. You can't see all the kingdoms of the world from Everest, the highest mountain. The temptation must have involved the supernatural. At the north pole & under the the star Polaris there is a very high magnetic black rock, around this black there is a giant whirlpool where by this whirl pool in sucks and out sucks the sea waters every six hours causing our ocean tides.

This is a map of the Arctic as prepared in 1569 by Gerardus Mercator, a Belgian cartographer and explorer. At the center of the map is a mountain, said to be positioned at the North Pole. This mountain is know as Mount Meru, the magnetic mountain.
Mount Meru is know to be the “center of the universe” in both Buddhist and Hindu cosmologies. It is comparable to Mount Olympus of Greek mythology in that it was the home to the Gods.
The mountain is said to be surrounded by the “indrawing seas” as depicted above by the four rivers and this supposedly creates a whirlpool effect.
Mount Meru is said to be the navel of the world.
It’s interesting to think of what our navels used to do for us.

It was the center which received the “indrawing sea” of our mother’s blood (saline, sea-like)

Mount Zion stands on the sides of north as stated in the bible & it is where Satan took Jesus to show & offer him all the kingdoms of world.
You can't see all the kingdoms of world from Jerusalem.

How accurate is a 450+ year old map, and why are you relying on it?![]()

Why are you taking notice of Buddhist and Hindi cosmologies, while stating that Christian astronauts and scientists are liars and out to deceive us?Mount Meru is know to be the “center of the universe” in both Buddhist and Hindu cosmologies.
There is only one God, who created everything. It is comparable to Mount Olympus of Greek mythology in that it was the home to the Gods.
If you're trying to say that our navels once connected us to our mothers and were the thing that gave us food, and life - I think you'll find that was the umbilical cord, which is cut soon after birth as it is no longer needed.Mount Meru is said to be the navel of the world.

Even if that were true, what has it got to do with "Mount Meru"?Mount Zion stands on the sides of north as stated in the bible & it is where Satan took Jesus to show & offer him all the kingdoms of world.
You can't see all the kingdoms of world from Jerusalem.
Why are you rolling your eyes at "supernatural"?Not the supernatural again ?![]()
Yes, "an exceeding high mountain," not "Mount Zion."King James Bible
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
The sides of the north were referring to Munt Zion and the north part of Jerusalem, nothing about "Rupes Nigra."No you can't but you could from Mount Zion/ Rupes Nigra which is situated on the sides of the north.
Why not the supernatural? If from even the top of the highest mountain in the world, Everest, one cannot see all the kingdoms of the world, how else would the devil show them to Jesus? It seems strange that you as a Christian should object to using the word "supernatural".Not the supernatural again ?![]()
But how do we discern which you tube videos are true? If you say, "It depends whether the video agrees with what I already believe," then it is arguing in circles to then use such videos as apposed proof of what you believe. It is saying, "The video is true because I believe the things it presents," and "The things I believe are true because the video says so."It all boils down to discernment.
Even if that were true, what has it got to do with "Mount Meru"?
There is only one God, who created everything.
The earth is the Lord's and everything in it, Psalm 24:1.
How accurate is a 450+ year old map, and why are you relying on it?
I have already explained this. Water is not affected by magnetism. Take a really strong magnet, and hold it over a small drop of water. The water will stay exactly where it is. (Try the same thing with a piece of iron or steel, and the iron or steel is attracted to the magnet.) Anyway, what causes the tides to go in and out? Are you suggesting that the earth's magnetic field gets switched on and off? If so, why do tide times vary? High tide today in Torquay is at 0955. Just along the coast at Plymouth, the next high tide is at 0924.Why not ?
We are not told. All the bible tells us is that the devil took Him to an exceeding high mountain. So which mountain did Satan take Jesus, to show him all the Kingdoms of the world ?
