And when. reading Hab 2:12 , I also read Hab. 1:6 and sas : # 1 LO // HEN. , is. a Demonstrative Particle

# 2 RAISE UP // QUM , is HIPHIL , is a Particple Active in the Singular would mean that that nation will raised up only ONCE

# 3. RAISED THE Chaldeans. // Kadima.

It seems to me it is speaking to the Chaldeans and Israel .

I guess with that interpretation ethic, the letter to the Galatians only applies to 1st Century Christians in Galatia.
