The great Martha’s Vineyard pierogi caper entered its ninth day as Alan Dershowitzcontinued to lay verbal siege to a food vendor who denied him Eastern European dumplings.
“I don’t approve of your politics,” he claimed the “bigoted vendor” told him.
After an acrimonious exchange, a police officer arrived on the scene in an interaction that was posted to Instagram. [IIRC, he was trespassed out.]
[He's tried a couple more times and has left the field of battle pierogi-less.]
On Thursday, the former Harvard Law professor escalated matters when he accused the vendor’s supporters of backing Hamas.
"Many of the people who came to support [the pierogi vendor] were the same people who had protested Israel after October 7th. ... So, it’s very much a Hamas-supporting group that is supporting this pierogi vendor."
