And the Bible does give the title of an ancient Book known as The Book of Jasher. I do not know if the modern Book of Jasher is the same as the one that was given in the Bible but surely it must at minimum be a part of that ancient book.

Noah's generations were undefiled (aka "perfect") by the incursion of the fallen ones. It wasn't an issue about DNA; it was an issue about his behavior.
Many Christians? This thread is the first time I have ever come across any Christians proposing that centaurs and other mythological creatures actually existed, and came about through pre-Flood man "messing about" with DNA. As far as I am aware, there is no biblical basis for such an idea.

There are hints in the Holy Bible, for example, 2 Samuel 23:20-23 & 1 Chr. 11:22, where Jehoiada slew two Moabites who were "lionlike". Notice how the passage contrasts "lionlike men" with the animal, so there can be no misunderstanding that there are two separate entities being referenced here: lionlike men, and the animal commonly known as a lion. Not conclusive but quite interesting.
First, the Book of Jasher, although mentioned in the bible, is not itself Scripture.
But calling somebody lion-like is completely different to saying that the person was a hybrid - part human and part lion. Satan is said to go about "like a roaring lion," but he is a fallen angel, not half human, half lion. Jesus talked about the crowds as being "like sheep without a shepherd:" He certainly didn't meaning that the crowds consisted of creatures who were part-human, part-sheep.
