Wouldn’t this “seal” force the government of the United States of America to recognize the Roman Catholic Church is beyond the Laws of our great Land?

No. Absolutely not. That’s not how that works.

The government should leave our churches and sacraments alone. Period.

it’s not just the Catholic Church? It also applies to the Orthodox Churches, Assyrian Church of the East, Lutheran Churches, Anglican/Episcopalian Churches where the seal of the confessional is strictly enforced. Yes, all those churches offer private confession.

The Roman Catholic Church though, emanates from a foreign country (the Vatican), so maybe Churches could be considered “embassies”?

I doubt it. Regardless, the government should leave the Church alone. Separation of Church and state works both ways.

Should the government be allowed to investigate crimes that happen in a church? Say, someone stealing someone else's wallet.
