I fear I will lose God forever

My soul has become so wounded and so dark due to the sins I have committed and also due to the sins other people have done to me. I feel truly terrible. I don't want to go to Hell. I have offended God so many times. My soul is in darkness and my spirit is crushed. Please pray. I want a miraculous healing to take place but I am in despair because it does not come. My heart is infested with evil thoughts about God and others.

Dear friend,

Don't despair, claim the promises of the Bible. You can claim victory of sin through Jesus Christ

Victory of sin is a gift from Jesus Christ
1Co 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

God is willing to give good gifts
2 Mat 7:11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

Be confident He will hear us
1Jn 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
1Jn 5:15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

Pray to Jesus and ask for His help in overcoming your sins and when you become tempted pray for His help.

1 Cor 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

Have confidence that when you confess your sins He is faithful to cleans you of all sin and unrighteousness 1 John 1:9

When you are weak and tempted again call on Him for strength
Php 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

If you keep falling in the same pattern, what can you do to change your circumstances so you are not tempted. We also need to do our part by removing ourselves from situations that tempt us. Stay away from things that are unhealthy for the Christian mind, so we need to be mindful of what we watch, what we listen to, who we surround ourselves with.

Don't give up, God is there and wants to help you. Spend more time focusing on Him, your life will change for the better.

Jer 29:13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

You've got a lot of stress and trauma going on. Here's what helps me with my intrusive thoughts, anger, and pain.

I use "arrow prayers". You're Catholic, so, happily, you've got a really helpful, centuries-long tradition of contemplation, meditation, and prayer to draw from. "The Jesus Prayer" may help. Something as simple as "Christ, have mercy".

Others :

"Mary, my mother, please help me to follow you Son, Jesus" : "Jesus, Mary, I love you, save souls" : "Abba, Father" : "Come, Holy Spirit" :

Try to start your day with prayer, a Gospel reading, and some deep breathing. Get the day off to a good start. If you focus so deeply on your sins and the darkness, dude, you're going to get crushed. You are not beyond hope. You are loved. Christ was born, died, and rose again to save you, not to have you hate yourself and give up and lose hope.

Life can be incredibly tough. Give yourself the grace and space and permission to begin again and focus on Christ as often as you have to every day. Healing is a journey. I used to expect to wake up one day and feel nothing negative anymore, and that's what I expected healing to look like. Never happened.

What has happened is a gentler lessening of the pain over time, a renewed ability to enjoy nature, and very, very gradual lightening of the load. It's a process, man, be very gentle with your soul. You are loved.

2 Peter 3:9 - The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Always remember, it isn't possible for anyone to be "good enough" to be saved. It's by the mercy of God, and He does want us to repent of our sins and be saved by His grace.

When Jesus was on earth, He was seeking out and saving the outcasts of society.

God doesn`t judge you. Think of the prodigal son, who went away from his father, spending all his money and doing all kinds of sins. He thought God would never forgive him. What happened, he came home and his father recieved him with open arms, and remembered not his sins. He even slaughtered the finest animal and hold a party gave him everything back. This is the heart of God. This is how he sees you. All your sins are forgiven. Jesus already paid, no matter what you have done, no matter how deep you have gone, He forgives you. He will cleanse you and keep you. All you have to do, is turn to him and repent. He will give you new strength and peace. He will give you joy. He will turn everything. cry out to him and he will do it

But now I have overcome it, through praying the Rosary.

I'm sure you won't lose God if you persevere in praying the Rosary.

That is pretty much par for the course hp777. We all struggle all our lives. I am 71 and have been a believer since 1971, 54 years. I still fight against sin.

It is evident that you are a believer because fake believers do not care about this... they sin at will, and it does not bother them. Jesus said those who endure until the end will be saved. ENDURE! They say if you have sins that you can`t get rid of, it is a sign of strongholds of some kinds. Some kinds of bondage. It can be worse than that, but generally speaking that is usually what it is about. I suggest to get prayer to let loose those strongholds and or bondage. To have someone directly pray for you put hands on you. Fr Rosetti has an online ministry if you google www.catholicexorcism.org you might find it very helpful. I think he has also a lot of prayers useful. Then we have John Ramriez former satanist turned born again and has a ministry, he has written a new book about spiritual warfare and how to be set free and of sins if one struggle, you can find him on amazon you can also find him on youtube. He is good the real deal. He said he used to take out christians and all faiths but especially christians he was a devil worshipper of the worst kind and he said the only ones he could not touch, were the ones that lived a holy life and had a relationship with God. So it is important to clean out what is, turning to the Lord everytime and as well clean out if there is something in the home. I would try to think about where these sins or issues started and root it from there. It can be generational too you might need prayers from. (as you do not know what previous generations have done, especially freemasonry just ask God to stop it and release it and ask God)

You definitely need to listen to Russ Dizdar on youtube he comes in on spiritual warfare and how to defeat the enemy. It is priceless.
He is in heaven now, RIP Russ, but a very powerful born again christian that turned millions for Christ, threw out demons, deliverance, healing ministry.
He has written many books including "the black awakening".
You see, the enemy try to get us to sin, and when he get a foot in, no matter what area it is, he has a way in, and if it carry on for years he has a foot in, a stronghold if you will. He often reinforce it too. That is where you find it is hard to get rid of, and prayerlife go down everything gets hard even reading the bible. That is where you need prayer healing and deliverance. Not like in possession, but to get the stronghold loose. Funny I just listened to this with Russ last night. Think this is for you. Check it on the watchmen on youtube think it was. Otherwise just search Russ Dizdar. I see if I can find the video think I saved it. I start listening to a video then I fall asleep lol
I can testify to the same process in my own life, getting rid of habits sins and new age. I literally asked God to show me and warfare, and he immediately made me aware what to do, some things I was not aware of I had not thrown out. Immediately it lifted. That and resist the devil, and asked again for information to help. I was not disappointed and the Spirit came in with full force, took over took all want or urge.It is real.

I think Satan wants us to despair to obstruct us from doing good. Consider the lesson in the situation of King David, Uriah, & Bathsheba in 2nd Samuel 11 & 12 then read Psalm 51. If King David could confess what he did under the Law, should we not now have greater faith to confess to the Lord? ( see 1 John 1:5-10 ). From there be charitable ( as you are able to) & pray for yourself & others ( see Matthew 6:1-13, Matthew 9:36-38 etc.).

Without being judgmental in any way, think about what King David did & compare it to the sin of watching porn ( a well known problem today) then think of what the Lord says in Matthew 5:27-29 but just keep it as a matter of conscience. See what Paul says in Philippians 2:12 but read Philippians 2:1-19 for the bigger picture.

Later note, where I have Philippians 2:12 I had originally made a typo & put verse 13.

the exorcists say the problem with porn,masturbation and the like is 90%.
Definitely watch the eyes and ears. It is definitely my experience when the fire from the holy Spirit comes it takes over the urges. It feels like a fire like a strong force coming upon you, takes it all. That is how I felt it. From then on it was won. I failed to understand it before that as people argue physical release. Not so, the urge is gone

Your fear seems to come from place of performative Christianity, what you need is not the strength to avoid sin but the revelation of God's radical love. You cannot out sin God's love for you, and once that love penetrates your heart you will find yourself slowly drawn away from those sins that snare you today. So continue seeking, and eventually you will find a love without end and true freedom from your life of sin.
