What happened to believing all women? I guess "MeToo" is deadDo you HAVE to be convicted of something in order to have done it? How many women are abused every day who never report it? I suppose those men aren't committing any crimes.
The only sources I have seen that say he isn't comes from the gangster's lawyer.No. He wasn't.
Trump was impeached twice and was found innocent. But I wonder how many people still think he is guilty and got away with crimes.Do you HAVE to be convicted of something in order to have done it? If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit.Trump was convicted. And he also admitted to fraud with Trump University & Foundation.
Convicted of entering the country illegally. And yes, he is a gang member. He's not a gang member. Trump has been convicted of multiple felonies. Garcia hasn't been convicted of anything.
There is documented proof, and statements from his wife that he was a wife beater. He was never convicted because his wife didn't wish to press charges, not because he didn't do it. It is common for abused and battered women to defend their abuser. Even the father of her two other children requested an emergency custody hearing out of fear of his children's safety because "he is a gang member." His words, not mine. When was he convicted of spousal abuse?
The stop resulted in no charges, and there was no mention of human trafficking in the parts of the redacted report that have been made available.
Abrego Garcia has no criminal record.
In bodycam footage released by Tennessee Highway Patrol, Abrego Garcia can be seen saying, “Hello, sir” to a state highway trooper after being stopped for speeding on Interstate 40 near Cookeville, between Nashville and Knoxville.
When the trooper asked for his documents, Abrego Garcia explains that his driver’s license was expired and that he is waiting for immigration documents to renew it. He tells the officer the vehicle, which had a Texas license plate, belonged to his boss.
“Nothing illegal?” the trooper says.
“Nothing sir,” Abrego Garcia says.
“No drugs or anything?” the trooper asks.
Abrego Garcia replies, “Nothing, nothing illegal.”
The trooper then searches the car with a police canine. They do not appear to find anything suspicious, according to the video.
Other officers appear at the scene during the traffic stop. One trooper raised suspicions that Abrego Garcia was transporting undocumented immigrants to Maryland for money.
“You know what you got here, right? He’s hauling these people for money,” the trooper said. He pointed out that the SUV did not contain any luggage.
A redacted police report released to CNN by the highway patrol on Thursday did not address the troopers’ suspicions of human trafficking. It showed that Abrego Garcia’s Maryland license expired roughly two months before he was stopped in Tennessee.
Nope. Well, one officer did suggest that he may be involved in trafficking, but that's all there was to it. The full video can be found at the link.No mention of human trafficking huh?

The "full video" is 1:55 long? That was a really fast traffic stop.Nope. Well, one officer did suggest that he may be involved in trafficking, but that's all there was to it. The full video can be found at the link.
Trump was impeached twice and was found innocent. But I wonder how many people still think he is guilty and got away with crimes.
No, he was found "Not Guilty" of high crimes and misdemeanors, not innocent. In fact, there were several Republicans in the Senate who stated that they believed Trump was guilty but that they had other reasons for not voting for impeachment (Trump was guilty but other punishment was more appropriate, procedural issue, etc.) -- not that they believed he was innocent.
Great. So we both agree that just because the wife beater wasn't convicted of beating his wife, it doesn't mean he isn't a wife beater. That seems to support what I stated. Your link says "acquitted" and, the article of the page you go to states "not guilty." And, again, that he was found "Not Guilty" does not mean he was innocent. Again, there were Republican Senators who believed he was guilty of crimes but the crimes didn't warrant impeachment -- kind of like the guy acquitted of murder but, when they poll the jury, it was found the jury would have convicted on manslaughter charges, if it had been an option.
We could equally refer to 47 as “the felonious wife raper” because Ivana, now interred on a golf course edge, accused him in divorce filings, but I will forebear.Great. So we both agree that just because the wife beater wasn't convicted of beating his wife, it doesn't mean he isn't a wife beater.

Yeah you could. But you'd have to be consistent with it.We could equally refer to 47 as “the felonious wife raper” because Ivana, now interred on a golf course edge, accused him in divorce filings, but I will forebear.
It is entirely beyond me how the left now finds themselves defending a wife beating gangster. I wonder when statues will be built for him. Perhaps another holiday?Yeah you could. But you'd have to be consistent with it.
I font know about the divorce papers, but we do have police reports and witnesses and recorded court testimony of the victim herself regarding our friendly MS 13 gang member.
Do we have that with Ivana? I don't remember. Was there a witness and a police report on that?
