Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The Southern Baptist Convention almost fell for abortion several years ago but is now pretty clearly pro-life. Albert Moeller helps them stay trimmed. Good for them. And Catholics are a mixed bag, some solid, some as woke as Biden. We need a lot of prayers.

We might have dodged a bullet. At least the SBC is pro-life, good for the Baptists. Yeah, there are a lot of woke Catholics, so prayers for the Catholics to stand firm.

Not the American Baptist Church. They’re liberal.

Confessional Lutherans such as LCMS, WELS, NALC, Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Evangelical Covenant Church, Global Methodist Church among others are pro life and opposed to same-sex “marriage.”

The Church is officially opposed to abortion, individual Catholics might not be.

I think the Baptist Church originally started our pro-abortion IIRC.

But, I will have to get back to that Olympics thread. If anyone else wants to battle wokeness, feel free to join that thread. I will shut it down when the Olympics end on August 11.

You are welcome. Yes, that whole area is a hornets nest. Be careful, my friend. On August 11 (end of Olympics), I will request a mod to shut down my Olympics thread, cos then the Olympics would be over by then, and I do not want the hornets nest to become a pestilence filled with toxic debates.

This is a late reply (was reading over past threads) but I wanted to add that it would be wrong regardless if he proclaimed to be a Christian or was an atheist. It is against natural law. So, it wouldn’t be okay. Two men cannot be together. One man and one woman only.
