I agree, the pains of child birth would have to be removed, as they were the consequence of the fall; so reproduction as we know it today would have to be altered. That said, I see there being two conclusions: 1) there is no longer death of an infant due to there no longer being any infants and / or 2) there is no longer death because death like the consequences of the fall has been victoriously overcame.
There is no basis for claiming there will be two new earths. That makes a joke out of scripture. You can just make it say anything you want it to say if you draw conclusions like this. No, Revelation 20 and 21 make it very clear that the new heavens and new earth are not ushered in until after the thousand years, not at the beginning of the thousand years.
