"Everybody’s alive. There’s no murder weapon. As a matter of fact, there’s a woman sitting somewhere who knows this whole thing is a lie,” Kutti said in an apparent reference to Freeman. “Who knows I never did anything to her. Who knows I never. Who knows she begged me for help. There’s a woman sitting somewhere who knows that I’m going to [mess] her whole life up when this is done.”

Defense lawyers for Trevian Kutti, the former publicist for the rapper known as Kanye West, on Monday night filed notice they want to drop their client in the Fulton County case​

The three-page notice provides no rationale for her Chicago and Atlanta-based lawyers seeking to jump ship. Reached by phone, Darryl Cohen, Kutti’s Atlanta-based attorney, said that “in order to have a good lawyer-client relationship, the client has to listen, the client has to be on board and you have to be paid.”

“All these things have to happen,” Cohen added. “I'm not saying any of those things did or didn't happen, but you can extrapolate.”

@perplexed is making fun of the claim that the case is about "false electoral college votes" is prejudicial by saying that a charge of murder for the crime of murder is prejudicial in the same way.

According to court records, Floyd's matter concerned a subpoena to count Fulton County's 2020 election ballots. Floyd has stated that he wants to personally recount the 528,777 ballots cast in Fulton County.

Floyd, the former head of Black Voices for Trump, has requested copies of all county ballots from the last presidential election to prove that election fraud cost former President Donald Trump a second term. His legal team aims to show Trump as the actual winner of the election as part of their defense in the interference case.

Floyd's legal team also assured the judge they would bring in scanners and a team to expedite the counting process if given access to the ballots. The attorneys also said they they could arrange for legal experts to testify on their behalf in late June or July.

Judge McAfee agreed to give Floyd and his team more time to argue the accuracy of the 2020 election results.

How can a defendant make such a demand and expect it to be taken seriously?
What experience or expertise does he have with ballots, that he expects a court to respect anything he “finds”?
