Right, so don’t believe the Bible is what you’re saying again. I know this I said this a long time ago. I don’t know why you keep going on about it. I already said that you don’t believe it so why are you droning on about it?

And the age of the earth is not proven. Get your facts straight. I can open YouTube and yeah I can verify that YouTube does exist. That a bad example what we can’t do is go back in time and see how much isotopic decay is present in rocks. So no the Bible hasn’t been proven wrong yet.
It might help you to use the word youtube instead of Bible. Am I saying do not believe youtube? Am I saying believe youtube? No. I am saying you must understand the original authors and the genre/specific content you are consuming. Genesis 1, 2 are not the modern type of history, but a mythological story (more precisely, Gen 1 is a mythological drama and Gen 2 is a mythological story).

Yes, youtube exists. Also, Bible exists. But both are libraries, not just one genre. Accepting the genre of Genesis is not "proving Bible being wrong". Its proving your usage of it being wrong. You cannot use a hammer as scissors and you cannot, for example, use a song for managing a nuclear power plant. This is something that still eludes you.

People been to the moon... That's like 4 times that amount...
Even if they haven't in your belief it's certainly possible

Nobody has been to the moon & walked upon it - Wake up & stop believing in fairy tales.

I find this interview extremely compelling. The fact that this well-spoken and intelligent man ( Professor Foster) just disappeared shortly before the Moon landing in 1969. His research has also disappeared.

Landing on the moon is like saying we can land on a rainbow?

Isaiah 40:22

It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.

In the Bible there is a difference between the word Circle & the word Ball & the curtain God is referring to is the Dome/Firmament.

Sure they have.

He believed the earth was a globe and that it periodically flipped on its axis causing global flooding, and that it was going to happen in 50 years from thence. Which part of that do you find compelling?
Landing on the moon is like saying we can land on a rainbow?
Plasma does not remain static. The features of the moon have not changed since people started recording its appearance centuries ago.

I'm sorry too :( but You'll never convince me that the earth is a spinning globe as most likely i'll never convince you that the earth is stationary & level, but that won't stop me trying.
You'll never succeed.

You are entitled to believe what you like and I don't want to convince you otherwise. I can't anyway; it would require a scientific argument, I'm not a scientist and you have more or les already said that you won't believe it anyway.
But your arguments, as well as being wrong, are illogical.
And, neither a flat earth not the Covid vaccinations, make absolutely no difference to our salvation, God's love for us and our relationship with him.

It's the fact that, in past threads, you have been told this yet still written things like "the devil will be happy", that is worrying.
Flat/spherical earth - no difference to our Christian faith and relationship with God; not understanding/mis interpreting the Bible, quite possibly.

If you examine the three texts I provided, you will notice that the Hebrew word "hug" applied to all three domains: heavens, earth, and waters. That should mean something.

I am unaware of a word for "ball" in Hebrew--if you know of one, I am open to learning. The only verse in the KJV Bible translation which uses this word is found in Isaiah 22:18, and it seems a poor word choice on the translators' part. The Hebrew word (דּוּר/duwr) is used in other texts, with different translations to English, including "burn" and "against thee round about". It should actually mean encircle, or surround. In Ezekiel 24:5 where it was strangely translated as "burn", one should instead picture the bones being placed around, i.e. surrounding, the kettle or pot which was to "seethe" (boil) other bones which were inside.

Pictures that are actually the underneath of frying pans, it's amazing what they can do these days.

You need to get out more and do a little observation. I would recommend visiting a public observatory, e.g. Palo Alto, CA, or Goldendale, WA, but you would probably say they were manufacturing the images at the other end and feeding you fiction. So I won't. I would recommend, instead, that you buy a powerful pair of binoculars, or even a small telescope for yourself, and look at that "frying pan" up in the sky. I have seen it myself with my own eyes through a backyard telescope, as well as at larger, public facilities where the scope was so powerful the entire moon could not fit at once into its frame.

It would be an awfully magic pair of binoculars to be able to "search and replace" the images of the moon with that manufactured one of the bottom of a frying pan. Would you believe your own eyes?

Thanks for the insight but I'll stick to reading the KJV in English which is what millions read on earth.

I won't say around the world b/c it's not.

You would not like to know that the KJV is not a flawless translation (there is no such thing). As for myself, I very much enjoy learning and studying deeper; however, in the spirit of 1 Corinthians 14:38, I will respect your wish not to learn what the Bible actually says.

Shalom.

The sad part is that if you'd taken thought for just a few seconds yuo probably wouldn't have posted anything this silly. Yep, God created light first thing, and the sun three days later. The mere existence of water doesn't necessitate the existence of Lake Superior, the Thames River, or the Bay of Fundy, does it? Simply having light exist doesn't make for evenings or mornings, does it? You know, the times punctuated by sunrises and sunsets? Gotta have a sun for that. Think of it this way, Just If you happen to make your way to Thule, Greenland in mid December, you'll see a lot of light, most all of it electric. What you won't find is morning, because the sun isn't coming up for another few weeks.
So your saying that the existence of light doesn’t make for evenings and mornings when God was the one who specifically defined day and night according to light and darkness and specifically said there was evening and morning three times before the sun was created. And you’re also saying that because in the far northern and southern hemispheres they have extended periods of day and night that this means the earth couldn’t have had evenings and mornings. And you say I’m being silly? WOW I really appreciate this response, I realize now that all I need to do to prove how ridiculous your points are is to just keep you talking because your doing a much better job that I ever could. So let me ask you professor, because I’m trying to understand your logic here, are you thinking that the sun revolves around the earth? Because if you put a light on one side of the earth, as the earth rotates it causes day and night, regardless of the length of daylight in the far northern & southern hemispheres. That point is moot because we still have prolonged periods of day and night today and it doesn’t prevent the earth from having evening and morning. Sunrises and sunsets are irrelevant because the light that God created would had the same effect as the earth rotates on its axis.

So you missed the parts I've highlighted here, yes?

23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
I didn’t miss anything your quoting one of my posts that was in response to someone else’s post, not one of your’s. Ok so let me ask you if Jesus was speaking literally when He said “anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood will have eternal life” then that must mean that anyone who receives it worthily will be saved right?
