Is it evil to sneak into the movies, when you should pay first? What about stealing, or cheating someone out of $100.00? I think so... And I think sneaking into another country when you know you're breaking rules is pretty similar.

Whatever we are doing to reduce illegal immigrants, it's not working. Whether the sharp increase shown above is Biden's policies or circumstantial I don't know.

Relaxed immigration enforcement is very similar to defunded police departments... The timeline on the graph seems to mirror the American cultural shift that occured immediately following the George Floyd riots.

...IOW, everyone is afraid of applying the law, because they're afraid of being called out as xenophobic or racist.

In my opinion.

I live around Hispanics and I get along with them just fine. None are illegal immigrants but citizens.

Me wanting illegal immigrants gone has nothing to do with “racism”.

5th Circuit Court of Appeals decision blocks enforcement of strict Texas immigration law SB4

In a decision late Tuesday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision that again blocks Texas from enforcing its strict immigration law, SB4.

Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court rejected a Biden administration request to intervene and keep Texas's strict immigration enforcement law on hold while it is challenged in lower courts.

But in the late-night decision, the appeals court dissolved a pause on an order from a lower court that prevented the law from going into effect until litigation is concluded.

They are breaking laws. Romans 13 says that you are to submit to governing authorities, and these people think they are justified in breaking the law, they are not.
We follow American laws, and if you tried to win a court case using the Bible verse, you would lose the case.

That’s an insane leap in logic.

These people are breaking laws which are created for national security. It is perfectly right to describe their illegal activity as evil. And it’s absolutely disgusting how you’re trying to paint someone like me, a law abiding citizen, of being an evil dehumanizer, and defend these criminals.
We do not know if you are law-abiding or not. We know nothing about you.

That is great, but this comment does not answer the question whether it is 'evil'. If it is evil to illegally cross the border, then is is evil to steal or sneak into a movie, or lie, or deceive, or cheat on your married spouse, or enter the Capitol Building without permission, or to bus migrants to other states under false pretenses, or try to steal an election, or to falsely claim election fraud, or to rape a woman using fingers, or to lie about not knowing somebody when you did, or to use the butter knife in the jelly jar without first cleaning off the peanut butter.

There is nothing "evil" about them. Just stop.
not all of them, but when you have that many people that are not vetted really well you will have some bad ones.

Don’t be dense. I addressed your point and you know it.

I know that you deflected. I guess your answer is "yes."

"A 15 year old girl illegally crosses the border to apply for asylum as her home town gang is threatening to kill her if she does not join.

The 15 year old girl is gang-raped by smugglars.

Are both of those evil acts in your view?"

After the USSC referred the case to the lower Appeals court, it acted last night to put the Texas law on hold. There are hearings scheduled this week:

A federal appeals court late Tuesday issued an order that again prevents Texas from arresting migrants suspected of entering the U.S. illegally, hours after the Supreme Court allowed the strict new immigration law to take effect.
