Anxiety

My anxiety has gotten way worse. I’m not sure if it’s because of hormones, social isolation, lack of sleep, or lack of faith but I almost had a panic attack on the way to my baby’s doctor’s appointment.

Please pray for me.

Jesus is the only one, that can help. Please have a relationship with Him by praying everyday and keeping Him in your daily life. Jesus + life = comfort and strength.

I don't know if what I have is the same, but I have 'social anxiety' yes, try a day without coffee and see what happens, and listen to more sermons.
