I think reading too much into the things we see is a mistake. God sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
Solomon made the observation also.

Sometimes stuff happens. But as believers, we can believe God for good!

Coincidence. Highly emotional situations can cause heart attacks if people have significant arterial stiffness and blockage.
