If she needs to use the restroom, he can neither take her into the men's room, nor can he go into the women's room to assist her. If he alone needs to use the restroom, he cannot leave her alone outside the men's room door.

Law and society have decided it is ill-advised for him to go out with her because inevitably one of them will need to use the restroom. He chooses to not violate the law so they are simply not allowed to go out together alone as family restrooms are not common.

I've been in plenty of men's restrooms, and I've never seen men were walking around the restroom exposing themselves. That would be weird. Other men would be wondering, "Whaddya doing waving that thing around, buddy?" Every man in the restroom would think that was weird.

Women aren't always angels...bad things can happen to unaccompanied little girls in the women's restroom. When my daughter was small, I'd have announced, "Little girl coming through," and hustled her into a stall with me.

Can we say, "No" to that outlier? If not, then the outlier is the salient. It's the outlier who has the microphone and is being promoted as the test case.

This is very different from how black Civil Rights was handled. That's why Rosa Parks was the test case and not Claudette Covin.

Exactly! As an uncle of a young niece, I do NOT want any boys in the restroom or locker room with her. PERIOD. I do NOT care what your child identifies as. Their biology says otherwise.

As a proud Nebraskan, I do not care what people identify as. Transgenders can use unisex bathrooms and accept is as a compromise. Their "rights" do not trump the rights of all others, especially if someone is not comfortable in the situation. Period.

And the example you gave wasn't what was implied. You should read the article and not just the headline. Your positition is as asinine as suggesting that men spend time qualifying as teachers to get access to young girls, therefore male teachers are a problem.

How do you know? I met a man, who looks fully like a man, who fully identifies as a woman. He never changed his appearance.
