I'm speaking from a position of not fully knowing, but from what I have read, if someone views more than three seconds of a video on X, it is reported as a watch. So, scrolling down a page and you stop more than 3 seconds, perhaps looking at a different post - it would be recorded as a view.

Do you actually believe this stuff? I mean it's like a cult insanity. Trump himself said publicly on January 6 that he had a plan for Pence to overturn the official electoral count and make Trump President for another four years. So, because Trump is being charged for trying to do exactly that, then to claim somehow the indictment counts as a political hit job happening in a banana republic is complete nonsense.
There was nothing in the Constitution that would allow a Vice-President to declare certified (by the several states) Electoral College votes null and void.
The problem with your analysis is that Trump is not being charged with "something" others as in DEM's have already done. No President has ever tried to do what Trump tried to do the way he did it. If you didn't know that then you need to read the indictments to learn that Trump is being charged with conspiracy to defraud the U.S... However, if you already knew that and are deliberately trying to get others to believe the falsehood of your statement, that others as in DEM's have already done the same thing, then that's wickedness.
And that is exactly what Pence has said. Pence said that he was being asked by Trump to violate the constitution which Pence had sworn to uphold.
