Pray my daughter-in-law quits witchcraft.

My son and his family are moving. I went over there to visit before they move. I felt a very negative force surrounding me. Then I looked over at a stack of books--all pertaining to witchcraft, spell casting, etc. I've always felt a negative feeling when I used to visit, but this was stronger.
My granddaughter already says things like "I'm making a spell" when she plays with her toys.
Please pray for deliverance from witchcraft for my DIL and the entire family.

Prayers up for sure, it's so disturbing how pervasive witchcraft and paganism are becoming. People are so casual about meddling with these things, either because they really believe the lies or they don't believe anything at all and think it's as inert as a rock.

I'll pray for a breakthrough, hopefully an exorcist can eventually exorcize the demons attached to those books and whatever practices and rituals your daughter-in-law might be involved in.

Your family is blessed to have you as an intercessor for them.
And I especially encourage you, in your prayers for your granddaughter.

When I was young, my Mother (and her sister) dabbled with occultic stuff, despite the fact that we were all Catholic.
They presented these things as amusements ... games ... to us children. Tarot cards, Ouija board, seances, 'magic' games, etc.
We all thought it was fun.

I do not really know if, or how seriously, any of my family members believed in the 'powers' of any of those things.
And I really didn't know what to believe, but did find it all interesting and "fun".

At the time, I was also blessed to have a Christian (Methodist) Grandmother, very strong in her faith.
I do not think she was aware of these "games" being played in our household, but she was a praying woman.
I have no doubt she prayed for our family ...

When I was a young woman, and had moved out of my parent's home, my Grandmother gave me my first Bible.
It was one of her's, and so I cherished it. I didn't read it, but stored it away safely.
A few years later, during a troubling time, and after Grandma had died, I pulled out the Bible and began to read.
And my eyes were spiritually 'opened' to it ... the words on the pages became totally *alive* to me ...

Jesus did say that have been given the athority to cast spirits out, and that we will do everything Jesus did and more.

So I doubt much would be stopping you from taking authority over their household's spirits of witchcraft and whatever else may be there. I wonder if it would help to go there and cast them out. Start quoting Psalm 91 and Psalm 23

That Psalm 23 is a very powerful prayer. Deliver Us From Evil... In Jesus name, they have to obey.

Nevertheless, I too will pray for them all and you all, your family in tis time.

I can tell you my one thread everyone ignores [?] about prayers...
The sinners prayer video to Mary is powerful.

I am also dealing with this crap. It's on the rise.
However; aside from the very disturbing news how manipulative 'witches' are - the good news is [according to some spell casters] that it only lasts 24 hours and it cannot affect a good person.
So stay positive but believe you, me, I know that feeling.
The folks feel possessed.
And well...

Ask Our Lady for help. Even just talk to the Almighty and seek the Precious Blood.
Speak to a priest also about what type of prayers.

I also deal with another wiccan, witch and OMGosh he was my sons friend and I am praying with faith and letting the Lord penetrate hearts and minds because....

It's gone beyond ANSWERS for some.
They full out want absolute control of other people.

It's narcissism 1000%.

There's all kinds and even if they do not work, the person using... well, they need help.
I knew a woman who used to come to my store very very Christian [seeker although against the Catholic Church but I got to understand it better] and one day she admitted to me she did voodoo in the past.
Thankfully the Lord called her but her life is regret and tears.
She is calmed when you say the Lord forgives and loves.
AND a few others I knew who pulled out.

Praying.. KNOW He hears you.. trust Him.. yeah there is no one better to take care of this

This coming from one that has two kids. The lord speaks to us so many different ways. One way for me is always music. The song playing now "Battle belongs" When all I see is the battle, you see my victory". So me I would take my authority that Christ gave us over all the power of the enemy tell that witchcraft it has to go in Jesus name. As Peter and John said "that name faith in that name". I truly believe my kids have their own will yet they are still mine.. so Satan you have to take your hands off them in Jesus name.

I agree it might be good for you to wear the medal (protection) ...
as an oblate of St. Benedict, we were all given one ...
but maybe check with your priest, before giving one to your daughter-in-law?

When we start delving into the demonic, and spiritual warfare, it can sometimes get abit 'complicated' ...
but your priest could advise if he thinks this move is wise.
