Don't money problems almost always have a deeper issue lurking underneath? Why is it impossible to discuss "debt, self-destruction, or general dopey-ness", in this country without being called a racist, bigot, "RINO", or a MAGA Republican?

This is so true. No matter how depraved this world seems. God’s word is true. His kingdom will come on earth, as it is in heaven. I have found it’s for true Saints of God to connect and pray to pull down principalities and evil in high places. Use your influence to push Godly agendas in your community. My husband and I take prayer walks in the neighborhood. While we walk we speak blessings in the air sometimes we turn on the word of God or soak the word in our community and neighborhood.

It's up to God and if man will submit to God's voice in response. Also keep in mind all that is written will come to pass and Israel's enemies must surround her. America at some point will become an enemy of Israel bittersweetly we see that shift beginning to take place. We can see the fruit that the rapture is imminently approaching.

I do not see it written "America at some point will become an enemy of Israel" the status of America in the end as I see it, is unclear. But I do agree, things are not looking good in the America, Israel relationship, at least with the current administration.

It is written, there is a country that helps Israel in the end, my hope is it will be America, but nothing in scripture confirms that.

Was just how sometimes when there's a sale the shop puts in large letters "SAVE!" like they're saying hosanna to mammon. It's a good question though, is it too late to save America?

It seems as if our country wants to keep the public focused upon the superficial. Just as you mentioned, "the BIG SALE!", The BIG GAME! The latest the greatest etc.
Discussions of anything policy -wise, or political becomes a character assassination of anyone who thinks differently.
There is a AM radio station near me that can be heard in 38 states and Canada; WLW. They used to have an overnight trucker show, where drivers would call in. During the 2020 election, they banned any political discussion, and the station now spends more time on the frivolous and silly topics, hardly any "meat". Typical of the country's direction.

Most "social justice" I see these days is in the form of identity politics that is designed to cause racial division for political gain. It's actually harming the country, and race relations. I don't see anything "just" about that.

True. It seems that the change is going away from seeking The Lord, than to it, at the time.

Canada also. We need to be on our knees in prayer for the future of these two large nations of the west.

It's the biblical catch 22. God says that He wants us to pray for our needs and wants and dreams.

At the same time He is in control and all things are in His master plan, knows what we desire and all things are in His power.

Whatever is going on with Justin Trudeau and Biden... is basically the opposite of what is needed or desired for the people. High house prices, high spending, high national dept, high taxes, low standards of living, unreal personal debt, high crime, increased control of fire arms, loss of basic rights, high interest rates, uncontrollable immigration, politicians that won't answer questions, no accountability of the RCMP, FBI, CIA, DOJ, CSIS, and absolutely no accountability for those in power.

Canada has until 2025 before the next mandatory federal election due to a coalition between two weak parties that are holding the country hostage. The US has until 2024 for theirs...

Let's hope that God intervenes soon... Maranatha

You are correct, society is sick. The governments are no longer "for the people". We bow to the minorities that are absurd in their ideals, in order to avoid being labeled by many of the terms we hear everyday.

Canada has Justin Trudeau... a Tyrant puppet for the powerful elite.

But, we have Pierre Poilievre, who is going against the grain and opposite to our PM.

Many of the US Republicans are indistinguishable from the Democrats.

The left has shifted so far to the left that "old school Leftists" are actually considered to be "right leaning".

However, if you think that the present administrations are not systematically destroying our countries, with open immigration, high government spending, higher and higher taxes, handcuffing the oil industry, being lax on crime while making non productive laws against legal fire arm owners, higher and higher cost of living, increased interest rates, higher and higher government debt, indoctrination of children with CRT and "Drag story times" while ignoring the fact that our kids can't even read or do simple math.

If you stand back and look at both Canada and the US... The present governments could not have a better plan or actions in place to destroy the standard of living that we have been enjoying... for decades.

Freedom is going and soon you will not be allowed to speak out against it or vote to stop it.

Anything's possible with God and honestly praying the answer to your question is no. It seems like God has given our nation the chance to repent and turn back to Him (with what time we still have). The bible never directly mentions America so in a sense it's not guaranteed one way or another. I definitely agree with Pastor Jack Hibbs and Pastor Shane Idleman with praying for one last revival. The best hope we could have would be in more unbelievers accepting Christ into their lives. Maybe then rest (politics, economics, etc) would follow .

Originally, I wasn't thinking of Salvation From The Lord, when I posted this. But I agree that revival needs to break out in the USA. America is intended to be a self-governing nation, which is why John Adams said:

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other”

It does not necessarily say it needs to be a Christian nation, but a people grounded with moral principles. I'm old enough to remember friends, neighbors, who didn't attend church, but still had morals, and respect for others-it seems that those individuals are few and far between; make an observation, the next time you visit a Wal Mart, and you'll see.
