That had nothing to with a Kirt Cameron lying. He's suppose to be Christian. Anyways you don't have to let your kids go to the drag queen hour. And I'm not against Christian's having hour time at the library.

Cameron: “They understand there is a war on children, and nobody’s going to stop it but us.”

It's not libraries and drag queens who had to pen acknowledgments of transgressions and mission statments on how they will protect children from themselves.

I remember as a kid, I listenned to a dude dressed up as a snake, read me a book about snakes in southern Alberta.

What's weird is that I didn't want to be a snake afterward despite is very fetching costume.

After finding a more neutral article (though still not ideal), I can see what the libraries refused Kirk for story hour. From the message originally sent to the library, "We would love to schedule a story hour for Mr. Cameron's book where we read As You Grow and speak to families about following the wisdom of the Bible, as well as discussing the harmful effects of woke ideologies, specifically CRT and the transgender agenda."

I suspect that almost any author asking for that type of time, having a political discussion along with reading their book, would be denied -- regardless if they represented far left or far right views. I suspect, if he would have just offered to read his book (with no political discussion), the library likely would have accepted. And, just to be clear, everything I've heard about drag queens reading books at libraries, all the ones I've heard of merely read stories, they didn't have any type of political discussion but just read a book.
