Just wondering if there are any animals that recognize human footprints?

I don't know about footprints, but I do know that Birds recognize humans as not the kind of threat to them as say cats or other predators. Birds will flee from humans, but do not call out the kinds of warnings they otherwise would for other critters. All other animals rely on scent to notice humans.
n/mI think before we can answer this question we need to ask if the foot print was intelligently designed.
