Is CF in a time warp?

It looks like the CF clock is getting confused by time zones. I live on the east coast of Australia which is 17 hours ahead of the west coast of the US. so my today is your tomorrow and my yesterday is your today.

The time/date stamp I'm seeing is operating relative to US time.
