What you did is known as declarative question. Gorsuch did not make a false statement, he was making a general statement based on his recollection of something. I did not make a statement about Gorsuch. I made a general statement.
He did make a false statement. That is why it's possible or likely that he lied, which is the topic of this thread. His false statement is at the core of this thread.
In this thread, which is focused on Gorsuch's false statement, you asked: "Why do we have ignorant people who jump to conclusions?" Your question isn't in response to another particular post. The context of it is that it is being asked in response to the thread in general, which is based on the OP. So it stands to reason that you are referring to the subject of the thread: Gorsuch.
Despite grammatically being correct to assume you were referring to Gorsuch, I didn't; I instead asked you. And indignantly you have twice not provided a straight answer and instead accused me of making statements, which is false.
So what group (because you said people, plural) were you referring to? Who is in that group besides Gorsuch, or instead of Gorsuch?
Why are you so evasive about clarifying your question, especially considering how defensive you are when I follow the logic to ask if it is about Gorsuch and those like him?
I thought you didn't group people together and paint them with a broad brush stroke? OK, I'm not being honest there - I knew you did group people together and paint them with a broad brush stroke and I gave examples in another thread, but this thread you give a perfect example of how you do that with no problem despite claiming that you "never" do that. LOL, the hypocrisy is delectable.
