Is it? I don't know anyone that believes in "better living through chemicals", you are the only person that I have ever seen mention it. Do you have any evidence that anyone believes it? Because if you don't, then it's just a strawman you put up to knock down.

Sure you do, all of us who enjoy treated water for a start.

Well even water is a chemical, technically. The connotation of the word is that of synthetic chemicals but any chemical compound is technically a chemical. So yeah, better living through chemicals, as has always been the case, especially in the example of a chemical like water.

Huh? Literally EVERYTHING is chemicals.
