When I generally see Muslims or Sikhs, they are so many! It seems huge numbers get together to worship, temples and mosques overflow. Uncountable people bow deeply close to the ground in unison. Foolish is anyone who insults their gurus or the Prophet Mohammed. People think twice if they are wise. They do not stand for it.

So what's the matter with us Christian folks? In our local church, Anglican, we are lucky to have 30 in our regular congregation! We act and sit so silent, dignified. After the very nice civilised service we have tea and biscuits, along with polite conversation. We too ought to be crowding our churches out! We tolerate Jesus Christ's name being used as a swear words everywhere, we turn the other cheek at being mocked.

I do wonder at what I observe.

What is stopping you from finding a church that has Christ's life in it?
Why do you keep sitting there in, what you describe, as a lifeless church.

You have a point. I did try another one but it was very similar.

If you don't mind........Let me ask you 2 questions, so that i can understand and perceive your faith.

1.) Are you born again ?

if so....

2.) Do you believe you can lose your salvation ?

I can appreciate what you are saying, but to a large extent the characterizations of the two "sides" depend on what terms are chosen for the descriptions.

Being required, as an adherent, to be "in unison" with every move and "think twice if they are wise" being the attitude towards people of other faiths are not necessarily what every reader is looking for in a religion. They certainly are not what Our Lord taught us.

I am born again. I believe as long as I remain firm in my faith in Christ I cannot lose my salvation.

Ok, let me show you something..

Notice you said....."as long as i remain.......firm.......in my Faith"...

See that?
So....That is you doing that, or is that Christ saving you?
Its not the same.

Now let me show you this...

There is a difference, an extreme difference between having faith in faith, and faith in Christ..

Example...

I am trusting in CHRIST to get me into heaven, when i die.

vs

I am trusting in my FAITH in Christ, to get me into heaven.

Can you hear the difference between faith in Christ, and Faith in Faith?

One is holding on to Jesus.
One is holding onto Faith.

Here is the situation...

Faith is not the Savior.
We are not saved by FAITH.
We are saved THROUGH FAITH, ...by GOD.
God is Savior, not faith.

I for one do not wish for their "tip-of-the-sword religion" where objections are silenced by violence?

David Wood is one of the best Christian apologists on the subject of the problem with Islam.

See how the piles of violence on behalf of Islam - has turned Muslims to Christianity -

In that video at 3:11 min:sec "changing your religion under ISIS was not even thinkable - ISIS would kill you immediately - said Omar. So would Mohamed and his companions in their day"

================

By contrast Christianity was a small minority religion in the Roman Empire in the first century A.D. -- but within 300 years the most powerful empire in the world - Rome,,, converted to Christianity without a single example of Christians killing Romans if they failed to convert.

What Christians need today - is the faith, experience and dedication of the first century Christian church.

No doubt you are correct. Yet I have my part to play. My faith is strong and I feed it daily, turning to Jesys

See that?

I am sure you are correct. I take note. Yet I know I must play my part by strengthening my faith constantly.

Yes.
God's part is to redeem you with Christ's Blood.
That's His part, and He finished that 2000 yrs ago.

Our part, is to exist within this wonderful salvation, more and more, day by day.
And one day, we get to meet our Salvation, and fall at His feet and worship Him in person.
That'll be a great day, and the next 100 Billion will be just as good.

This is the reason I don’t go to church :D

Christian countries have been under the forces of secularization for a very long time. Related to that, Christianity has become increasingly divided. There are so many denominations and many view the others as not being real Christians. I think Muslims are more willing to overlook differing views to present a united front. Either way, Islam will probably start seeing greater effects of secularization in the coming decades.

Whats wrong with civilized and polite conversation? I think its much more better.

Europeans have been incorporating the freedom of speech and non-violent argumentation to their culture for centuries. Those immigrants you are looking at do not have that in their home countries. Thats one of reasons they are in yours, they know its better.

Christians like to fight with each other about bible than praising God together :D

Sad but sometimes true. I bet other religions fight more than we think but they try to keep that to themselves.

Its quite public. The Middle East, for example, where two (or more) groups of islam hate and kill each other.

Christians are as the prophecy in Isaiah says - "a lion shall lie down with a lamb".

We have both lion and lamb inside of us and its only good that Christians put this "lion side" into just word fighting, while keeping peace bodily :)

This has given us peaceful and secure living with many freedoms (freedom of thought, freedom of speech) no other culture has. It even rooted critical thinking, science and all other advances only Christian culture invented.

They may fight a lot. I'm talking about perception. Negative stories about Muslims or Islam are rarely brought up. The average person only cares about what is shown daily in the news and what is depicted in the media.
