I usually do lose a few pounds during the summer. Been riding my bike a lot more.

Perhaps she is apprehensive that her beauty will entrance everyone here and cause the entire community to shut down for days while they try to recover, if she were to show a picture of her IRL self.

I certainly 'look' healthy. Indeed.
...and I've got osteo-arthritis in my knees, hips, spine, neck (not now, just fixed), and hands. I'm immuno-compromised so I get sick really easily.
As for looking young, I will say that since I was married only briefly in my early 20s and I didn't have children...and I've stayed single ever since...I have avoided a LOT of life's stress that tends to age people well before their time.
