God communicates in numerous ways including:
-"And the Lord spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land." Jon 2:10
-'And the Lord opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times?" Num 22:28 That was after the donkey saw the angel of the Lord.
-His Word (Heb 4:12),
-Jonah in the fish's belly (that's 3 days alone time for sure with "The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head Jon 2),
- wise counsel (Pro 1),
- His peace (Col 3:15),
- dreams and visions ("For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, (Job 33),
-His thoughts (For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The Lord, The God of hosts, is his name. (Amos 4:13).
-"And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel," Eph 6:19
-"And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice." Exo 19::19
-"For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification]," Rom 1:20
