He has some sort of condition where the muscles don't pick up the load properly
and the the tendons become injured and inflamed, this leads to a lot of weakness and pain. He has worked himself back from a crippled state a few times in his life, but is being killed by fear and pain now, can barely walk or use his hands. Many times he has tried PTs but most made things worse. He blames himself and/or God and has lost hope. He has a lot of obsessive thinking about doing the wrong thing, and given how even a small mistake can lead to weeks of pain and weakness, it is understandable. I don't know what to do but we need a miracle.
